Just to let you know Max I actually agree with all of this statement of yours,this company can function without a Ceo short term and getting the management team right is important.

The reason for my email, which I don't believe I will get a answer, is for a realistic timescale for this ,within the week statement was a joke,just come out with a realistic statement and clarify the situation, its not complicated.

E mail sent to the company today, will I get a reply who knows, is there anyone there to answer it who knows, it's concerning the Rns management board structure.

The Company continues to progress Native Title approvals as well as other permitting necessary to start production. Providing guidance as to a timeline for completion is difficult as many aspects are outside the company's control or involve commercial and legal sensitivities that are subject to negotiation and documentation. The Company appreciates stakeholder patience on these aspects and would like to reassure shareholders the Company is working hard towards its stated goals and will update shareholders once complete. Once Native Title is completed, the Company will immediately submit a Mining Proposal for State Approvals of the Project which is expected to take between 2-3 months for approval from submission. The Company intends to start civil and site works immediately after Native Title is received in parallel to the grant of the mining licence.

Well always follow your gut reaction Chrisatbirdies and if you believe this is going to happen ,sell up Monday everything and get the hell out of dodge,simple as that.

I personally think the management team will sort itself out with its new Ceo,but as usual is taking longer than anticipated, the mining licence won't be here until the 2/3 month period ,either Feb or March, then we have our Fid decision, which will be the key to unlocking our company

I am confident of the mining licence, but I would say yes it is priced in,I can't see this share really moving until the Fid lands.

As for the placing I don't know the answer, but I am confident of one,due to past history of this company and on the other side of the coin we have others that are confident of no placing and we will have a loan ,we will wait and see ,all good humour and banter and spinning while we wait.😀

Strange when i actually posted this that Max did not respond at all, then i asked Cj to respond to his Critical month statement and he did not respond.

So now in my mind i have 2 paid individuals quoting and spinning, simple as that.

I like the rest of you do not know when the mining licence will turn up, but i am quoting from a actual Rns , it may turn up tomorrow and i for one would be happy, but the difference between myself and some of you is ,that i am a real genuine investor, with no other motive than to make money from this company and i am not paid to create links that are always positive and keep the spinning going
