Anyway back to reality and facts , this is a fact from the last Rns and I believe a big potential problem which will alter time scales.

the company is cooperating with dmirs on investigations about historical (2021) breaches of regulations regarding heritage and ground disturbance on the han**** project tenements. the company is confident that these breaches, which were self-reported by the company in 2023, will be addressed without significant impacts on the project development planning.

This part THE COMPANY IS CONFIDENT THAT THESE BREACHES ,WHICH WERE SELF REPORTED BY THE COMPANY.

Why would they be confident, it either was and there is paperwork and e mails trail to support it or it wasn't and somebody thinks it was reported, but not really sure.🤔

I am right but will never be able to prove it,unless I had records from the tax office .

I did not mention the 5 million sale and that sale would not take the sp down nearly 10%

I said going down nearly 10% on no news sounds like a leak to me.

But back to facts any company that was well run and had made sound Rn,s and kept to a timetable and was on its way to production and about to make its first ever profit,the markets would have been moving this sp up slowly and more people buying large amounts on possible positive news.

But Alien,s past performance in general is a shambles, so is the management, miss leading timescales, Bill lied as a ceo ,gets a Jv then loses it through deceit, a Ceo elected then a couple of months he,s gone,no updates for ages,then when pushed they come up with possibilities and maybe,s is it any wonder the markets will only move this price on solid facts,which up to now is we hold a heritage licence, thats it.

Why then you ask am I still invested,like the rest of you I have been here to long to walk away and for me it has always been make or break.

A Rns should have been issued stating, there was a mistake and we apologise, its not complicated.

Yes Max we know the Native title is passed and the Aboriginal people are in agreement and happy, but the mining authorities obviously see a potential problem from the past and are not happy, that,s why the last Rns said they are looking at it,maybe that's why it's taking longer than normal and the part that says , which were self-reported by the company in 2023

If it was reported in 2023 it would have been addressed, why is it still a issue in 2024, Alien put that in the Rns to cover themselves in case of a delay, nothing is straightforward about this company, delayed timescales and miss leading Rns and interpret Rns ,s how you like.
