i agree unclejim there is always a reason for things and the way i see it is this the hold up is centered around the last rns

the company is cooperating with dmirs on investigations about historical (2021) breaches of regulations regarding heritage and ground disturbance on the han**** project tenements. the company is confident that these breaches, which were self-reported by the company in 2023, will be addressed without significant impacts on the project development planning.

if they were that confident about the outcome, why mention it,they are obviously concerned about it,because it is a potential problem 🤔

I am still sticking to my original thread on this,that the mining licence and Ceo will be in place by the end of March, based on the companies Rns.

If no news by then even I would have to admit that there is a problem ,the price has dropped again today, so yet again I stick by my posts of the price dropping even further until a RNS OF SUBSTANCE, emerges. THE markets deal with facts not Max and other paid rampers, so hold on and hope for a big payday if it comes good or be prepared to lose the lot.

Mm will move this price based on facts and sentiment, ie large buying or selling.

No real facts are known as yet ie mining licence needs to be confirmed,Fid needs to be confirmed, Ceo and management needs to be confirmed.

Until this happens the Mms will take this down, hoping to encourage buyers, its not complicated.

Considering its so low,where are all these individuals on here from the past,who kept mentioning how many shares they have and how many they are buying and comments of a cheeky little top up etc etc etc,which confirms my past suspicion that they was all talking hot air.

Real investors don't divulge their shareholdings or how many they are buying, they just do it.

Looking at the possible time frame for the mining licence to arrive,which no one on here really knows, I don't rule out the possibility of 0.12 as a new low.

But we all know the risks involved with Aim its usually make or break

Heading back to how low can we go, until news this is the case unfortunately.

Unfortunately if that happens yayyay we wont be bought for peanuts, we will be finished end of.

But lets look on the Brightside, mining licence first, then the FID all before June, then the markets will take notice after the FID and this price will move quickly upwards and lets hope as a bonus the Market Makers get stung on this.

Yes this is good news for all general users of the highway ,but remember this has nothing to do with Alien, starting work on their project, unless I missed the Rns. So just to put this headline into context this is just the highways saying that they are improving the road for all users,,which is good for us,when we are up and running.

On the positive side HH if this share comes good, you wont have to worry about work and let your accountant take care of your tax, happy days.

For your scenario to be true,it would have read in discussion with various parties, Inc AA for a project funding partner, but it did not,hence why the markets dismissed this and is taking the share down, this was a opportunity for Alien to promote this company to the markets with positivity, but the reality is,they have not identified anyone to talk to yet,based on a recent factual Rns

The problem i have with Max and obviously i don't know him is he spins older material and interprets statements in his own way, some keep harping on about Chris, but Max is his opposite.

The statement from the last Rns reads as follows

Once a project funding partner is identified and terms agreed, the Company and such partner will consider whether a formal DFS is required at that stage. IOCA is now progressing development works towards the requirements for a Final Investment Decision (FID).

That statement tells me that a partner is NOT even identified yet, so no talks are going on, because there is no one to talk to yet, so this to me means that AA are not even in the picture.

I think it was over a year ago or even longer, that the statement was AA was in talks with Alien about funding and off take, but this recent wording in the Rns , completely dismisses this.

Can you enlighten me where you got that statement from in the latest Rns

I also feel that the markets are aware of the AA situation, I was lead to believe from past Rn,s that AA was there and when the time is right,they were 1st in line for talks,but this latest Rns has no mention of AA and AA has not been mentioned for a long time.

No wonder the share price is where it is now, most Rns from this company seems to be a riddle ,this company is not known for clarity ,thats for sure.

So like the rest of you I can only wait and hope that it all comes good.
