Market makers have not got a clue how to price this share, until new

If that's there statement from last week Max, then there is no reason why we should not have a Rns this week confirming that, there's nothing complicated about that procedure.

The decision is made and its out there and rule 11 on Aim applies this, so this week no excuses.

Most of you are so quick knocking individuals with different opinions to yourself, its unbelievable.

Sometimes you just need to listen with a open mind.

So this is what I am saying and the question will follow.

Alien will release the knac results soon and the mining licence will quickly follow but then as they said we won't be up and running until Q4,I am fully convinced and extremely positive all this will happen, so b4 Max jumps in with his spin, I wentsland hold shares and am positive for the future.

Question Alien have said they have money until Fid,where is the money coming from for the everyday running of this company until Q4.

They could have had loans in the past,but have always gone for a share placing instead ,so my money is on another Jan share placing, what's your thoughts 🤔

What is rule 11 AIM?

AIM Rule 11 requires notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would cause a significant movement in its share price.

So nothing else to chat about today,so make a cuppa,switch off and just check in each day for the first of those Rns,s and lets see where the sp goes up to Christmas 🎄

Not sure why people ate worried about funding.

Max you use choice words and spin.

I am not worried about funding for the project, ie Han,but as Alien have said they have money up to the FID.

AA will fund the project, providing we come up with our 5 mill.

Where is our money coming from for the company to pay its wages and keep the lights on until Q4 24

This is nothing to do with AA ,that's our problem, so a January share placing is a answer, it has been that way for the last couple of years ,Alien have had no issues raising money to keep the company going, by issuing more and more shares.

And b4 Max cries you have sold your shares Wents and want to buy in cheaper, he will be wrong.

I hold a lot of shares in this company and will not sell any until the time is right and have recently bought more,plus this company is on the verge of transformation and will be profitable in 2025, but until we get there I am convinced there will be one more share placing, its as simple as that.

I really hope I am wrong,but I think it will remain the same

Todays Rns is not bad news Panderman its the part that reads Q4 2024.

The markets like myself are anticipating a share placing by Alien for the cost of day to day running of the company to get to that period, the finance that will be provided by AA will be for the Han project.

Surprised no one has challenged this ,so you all agree lol.

Finance for the Han project, will not be finance for the day to day running of The company Alien Metals, hence money is needed.

Well i will be honest, i thought things would happen a lot sooner than Q4 2024 and like someone else mentioned i thought todays announcement was passed months ago.

I still see the knac meeting and the mining license flying through, with no problems, but it just reminds me that we have enough money to get to the FID, so that says to me that there will be another placing to pay the staff wages and basically keep the lights on until revenue arrives, if anyone can tell me differently please let me know and i,m sure you will.

It,s just my thoughts but it seems with this good news that will come from the meeting today, that todays RNS has dampened this already, its like the Alien board have a knack ( excuse the pun ) of trying to keep this share price depressed for whatever reasons only they can know.

I was thinking cj that Alien would need time to compile the Rns.

Well this will be our week , it will be the turning point we have all waited for and we should know, either Thursday or Friday of the actual outcome, Thursdays are always a favourite with Alien for a Rns,so sit tight and watch this space.

As we sit and wait patiently, the Mm,s carry on as usual playing their games,that,s what they do for their living.

Until facts emerge they play with the price and on the 29th soon after the meeting we will get our Rns, the one that sets us on the road to our company becoming a producer.

I personally do not think that permits will be far behind, also this will move a lot faster than people think and this will also take the markets by surprise, so be prepared for a eventual SPIKE.

Once we get the green light on the 29th and i see no reason why not, this will be the unlocking of the gate from a explorer to a producer.

So in 2024 we will have the ability to start generating our own income and the strength that this creates is enormous.

Future possibilities with E/h, brock etc, plus the strength of having AA on board, unlocks sales or jv,s in the future, this company Alien Metals has the ability to be Mega.

The markets will start waking up to this and this share price will be a distant memory.

AA are lucky to be in at the start of this journey, others are watching on the side lines, ready and waiting patiently, just like us shareholders.
