No probs Chris,I am as gutted as the rest of them to see this share in decline,but I knew the score when I invested and unfortunately that's life.

But the golden rule of investing, only invest what you are prepared to lose.simple as that.

People on here have talked in the past about investing pension money here,I found it unbelievable at the time,but its their call,its just the word PENSION and AIM do not mix.

But I still hope this will be bought out,but I have wrote this investment off in my head.

Answer = Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 which came into effect 1st July 2023. Now fully repealed about 3 weeks ago. So things should speed up.

All the info you posted I am aware of ,but the market and they know a lot more than anyone on here and have a better insight to the daily workings of Alien ,are seeing something different, hence the share price.

So the markets are sensing something, s not right and this dso,might actually not even happen.

The incompetent Ceo needs to make a statement and clarify the facts,but unfortunately he won't because he is hiding behind the curtains, waiting for a miracle, like us shareholders.

The way out is a buyout simples

As usual after reading today's Rns,nothing is fully signed, sealed and delivered, its a possibility.

The award of this contract remains subject to the completion of a positive DFS, approvals, funding and the Board making a final investment decision.

The board making a final decision, thats a laugh in itself, so as usual let's carry on talking, until we another share place,the jury is out we shall wait and see.
