The next five years, Falcon's view13 Dec 2020 09:27
The Falcon’s five year GGP plan to maximise value. Just my weekend musings - food for thought.
2021
1) NCM manages HAV through to PFS including decline and testing ore through Telfer using their cash and our share from the $50m loan.
2) GGP manages exploration drilling on Juri JV using NCM cash
3) GGP now has all their resources for drilling at SWAG to show a decent sized prospect.
4) GGP early exploration at Rudall, detailed AEM etc. and maybe a couple of test drills.
2022 – with a good PFS for HAV in the bag showing commercial ore extraction in 12/18months
1) GGP selects the best targets to progress at SWAG
2) GGP renegotiates / replaces $50m loan and increases to cover HAV mining declines etc to commercial extraction stage as well as SWAG drilling to MRE stage, say $150m in total.
3) Juri JV management moves to NCM to select any targets to persue. Need to negotiate loan etc. for our costs.
4) GGP, no action on other prospects (Tasmania, EG etc.). Watching gold price for best action on these (divest or not?).
5) GGP aggressive drill program at SWAG selected target(s).
6) NCM progress HAV throug to full FS and starts mining declines for bulk extraction.
2023 - Consolidation year
Specific actions difficult to predict yet. HAV commercial extraction to start in Q2/3? Start to service loans following ore extracton. Possible MRE at SWAG? Creation of mining division to manage our HAV share and plan for SWAG? Juri JV progress? Divest Tasmania or not? EG still on hold.
2024 – Growth year
SWAG potential PFS and early mine planning. Potential processing plant/planning for SWAG. HAV in production, potential dividend(s). Juri JV progression with NCM, potential MRE? Other prospects revisit (SWAG targets, Rudall, EG etc).
2025 – Refinance and further growth year.
We now have HAV in full production, SWAG main target progressing to full FS. Potential need for processing plant at SWAG. Juri JV targets progressing. Further work on Rudall. Can now revist EG.
Refinance (loan notes?) debt and include cash for SWAG, EG Rudall.
