@Seaboy, if the management were positioning the company for a T/o - I'd be out.

No management should ever do this, is will take you eye off the ball and you will miss the opportunities that pop up and will destroy potential growth by not pushing forward and using the shareholder's funds lent to you for the purpose of maximising their return.

It will also cause a much diluted and cheap takeover. So no - any company that positions itself this way is not for me.

With SNG, what we have seen is good consistent careful management. They are putting in place the people with the requisite skill sets to move forward on either our own or a licensed basis. They have progressed trials at an impressive rate and are on the cusp of making good (hopefully).

So no T/O for me, but if one does come along it will be a very good premium to this well run company's prospects. I'm sure our directors will not want to give up their life's work without extracting maximum possible value. If we get an offer and our board recommends a 'no' vote, then a 'no' is what it will be from me.

Well we can all do that, pick one small extract from one study and draw totally daft conclusions. Generally this is a tacktic used by those that seek to sew disinformation and disrupt.

Perhaps those that needed to be put into an induced coma with invasive procedures were those that had an adverse expected outcome anyway. These are the people who have little or no options left. So a 45% mortality rate for this set of patients may well be a better outcome.

But, hey- you believe what you want. HCQ and Ivermectin may work for you instead. Perhaps bleach and sticking a UV bulb internally will work too. You wn't know until you try.....

Yes you can find a good sized deposit, jump up and down, shout "gold" and feel really happy......BUT.

You need to look at the whole picture. A 100% owned (by a prospector) deposit is going to need a very large pile of cash to prove up along with another pile of cash to put in the infrastructure to be able to mine. You need a good strong management (with experience in developing a mine along with the requisite financing credentials) to move along the path to get the yellow stuff out of the ground. Oh, and a lot of time to get through all the regulatory and environmental hurdles.

Finding it is good, very good. But the capacity to get it out of the ground is the really tricky bit - a good JV partner with deep pockets, the imperative of needing fresh ore for their on site plant and the will to move quickly ahead of normal practice will add value.

You can ride the peaks and troughs during the discovery phase (you need to know if/when to jump ship!), but a long term term investor has to look at the whole picture to gain real rewards.

My estimation is simple. It's a double polaroid!
