It would be no surprise to me that, while they are over there for ATS, a meeting of minds with the NIH / ACTIV people may have been arranged.

If (and if not) SNG announces any meetings before/during/after is a matter for conjecture. What is certain is that conversations continue, hopefully they do have an in person meet - much better IMO.

This may or may not aid in formation of plans going forward.

Intuitively, EUA is a double edged sword.

Go for it too early with not enough data to get through (especially as there is a perceived much reduced 'E') then you will need a whole lot more data to get a full approval later.

Delay slightly, prove up the data you have and go for full approval having sounded out prior may get a better result. Softly, softly etc...

There is the long covid follow up as yet unreported, there is the ACTIV-2 data (remember we were about to progress to stage 3, so presumably this is good data).

There may well be a longer game here, with a long term prise....

But that is the magnetic anomaly. Mineralisation can and does occur above/below/beside/inside a magnetic anomaly. You need to drill it to find out if/where there is or isn't something.

We have Rudall, and need to drill it sometime. So this extra cash cash in turn frees up our own resources to drill/investigate elsewhere (i.e. we don't save spending this on Rudall, can use ours elsewhere). It's exploration cash we don't need to spend, so pretty good news IMO.

That is a shame, hopefully our more bullish sentiments can be tempered for our north of Hav prospect drills.

At least we know any gold doesn't extend over the boundary, just how far north do we look is the question. There may be nothing, a bonus if there is something IMO.

Just to clarify @TheBig, although not a party to the full detail of the JV, the tolling cost should be cost plus 10% at Telfer.
The road and transportation of ore to Telfer would come under the mine costs/infrastructure.
If so, the transportation costs are part of the mine costs for which we are responsible for our 25/30% share without an additional 10% loading for tolling costs.

A long way to go with plenty of decisions to make.

Much more drilling to get to a PFS stage. Then there is the full FS, followed by permissions and building the mine - lots of cash needed to do this. Or, maybe, a JV? Or maybe 'sell' some production to get the mine in place. Whole new processing facility ($ouch, but maybe affordable) or pay for toll processing at Telfer, say (what will Rio do? will they have capacity sometime?).

Don't you just love the way we have a great JV partner with all the infrastructure in place and hungry for ore.....

Antipa will still be volatile for a good time yet, until plans and funding etc. are a lot clearer. One maybe to gently build a reasonable position, but be ready to jump if needed.

So... to put it into perspective, that's within a couple of years for the initial Telfer discovery.

Will HAV still be producing in 58 years time? Possible, very possible. Pension sorted.

So, we drilled in 2018. First ore now expected in 2024. 6 years. I'll say that again.....6 years.

A normal timeline from discovery to first ore would be 16 to 20 years, and that would be for a deposit that is somewhat smaller than HAV.

Then there is the shape of the ore body...... the block cave opportunity..... the low (I mean really low) AISC..... the potential for district scale.......
