@adam, I've traded OCRP a good few times. Quite predictable with the talk of an LOI every few months to hype the price. Said it before, Debt and dilution will not be your friend there.

Here, no debt, no dilution, no bond holders. Share holders dream.

Regulatory term for short term investment = 1 Year

Highest target Ive seen for NCYT is €34. Say 3x from here.
SYME has a lot more than that to go.
If it was a few weeks ago, you'd have been great in NCYT.

Why not split and put in both, then you split your risk also. However I personally think SYME will hit more than 1.5p by the end of next year. Will NCYT get to £30-£35 by then? Will COVID still be as strong, will there be a vaccine? I know where my money would go. Your pretty late on NCYT, You are pretty early here.

It's always good to know how much each penny or half penny etc adds to the market cap. In some shares its pounds you can round it to that to. (think amazon)

I use percentage too. GGP wouldn't do 100% as easily as OMI due to market cap.

Missing the point I'm making @Wolf.

Because of the fact there is so few shares, each 1p rise is far easier with OMI.

So when I had a spare £1k, it was obvious GGP wouldn't bag from there, OMI would multi and still will.

No one ever notices my mistakes! At least I always notice them, after the case. Should really check more..

II's investing also @AP The push to make it happen quicker is clear.

Numbers of shares is a consideration for investors. Yes its related to market cap but will worth always considering and using it to help you gage if the share you've bought really can bag quickly. For example a recent buy of mine was OMI because of how few shares are in issue. A lot were comparing the grades to GGP so I looked further. When I saw the 160m shares and a small market cap I snapped them up. That was at 5 & 6p just a few weeks ago. Sliced at 42p last week.

GGP with billions of share in issue would have £32m added to the market cap every 1p rise.
OMI with 160m would have £1.6m added to the market cap for every 1p rise.

As I view companies with the intention of buying. The amount of shares in issue is a massive factor for me. I have always been aware how many there are here. That's why I know this is a long term investment.

It may have just listed, But SYME started this journey in 2014. The money hasn't been dished out without serious proof of a working platform and the demand for it.

You have a very valid point. NCYT is the only other company I own I would say is better than SYME. That company is a model story. Unreal growth and performance by the team and share price. Share in issue has a massive relation to share price. Less the better obviously. Doesn't mean it still not possible. We would need to see £1 for an Equivalent rise.

What was NCYT in January?

A seriously undervalued company about to walk into world in need of its product.. Some similarities re SYME but will never be as quick as NCYT due to the massive amount of shares in issue.

£10k at 30p in NCYT January would be now worth about £390k today.

At a guess, I would say the £1.64bn given in the RNS figures minus the €300m which would already have been done for March 2021 securitisation. That would leave £2.36bn for the Oct2021 securitisation if it was to be done by then. May be split more into the March 2022 securitisation.

Hi chaps, Just reading through and catching up. You can apply forward PE with what's been issued in the RNS, you can also apply a forward rolling PEG as I did in my last breakdowns. Yes there is lots of unknowns but we do know we are projecting €4bn in inventory funding in 2021, going to €8bn in 2024.

That doesn't allow for any income for self funding and licensing of the platform, any income for Insurance broker fees or any income for data collection.

Institutional investors manage funds with a long term view. With just those figures RNS'd and the current share price today. It doesn't take a degree level Accountant to work out your return will be staggering. It's what I've done and why I've gone in big for me. It's pretty rare you get a chance like this that often where you are given 4 year minimum projections.

The Bank will be higher profit so all £8bn will see a 1.5% net profit. Some argue costs of running etc. However that has been taken into consideration with the 3% fee. 1.5% is costs, 1.5% is net profit. 1% was confirmed to me in an email, then the bank RNS upped that profit margin.

So if you are an Institutional investor. Your looking at the next five years for income and growth. In SYME you have found both. This will pay dividends. It has no debt, no bond holders. The figures below assume only £8bn in inventory by 2024. We know it will be a lot more by then. We also know this will cycle and cycle. So future earning are guaranteed therefore maintaining share price growth.

If we take the dividend. That represents a 36% return per year on todays investment come 2024.
If we take the earnings per share, and work out the potential share price.

PE of 10 = 3.66p = 632% Increase
PE of 20 = 7.32p = 1364% Increase
PE of 40 = 14.64p = 2824% Increase
PE of 80 = 29.28p = 5756% Increase

As @AP has stated, why do you think the investors have bought the controlling company TAG? That's a pretty big and bold move and tells me all i need to know, I was correct in my assumptions, this will return serious figures to those in at .5p

Was an odd one @DA. That one looked like a limit sell collection yesterday. Seen the .6p's on the L2 for weeks. Jumped it up on RNS release. Collected limit sells, load up on shares, back down to give it to Institutional Investors.

Too numerous to mention I mean that it's a world of opportunity which is why I've suggested what W.O.T. (World Of Opportunity) as being the title for my particular group. It's too myopic just to look at one stage so what's going on now thanks to the digitization of trade and documents and processes is that was what was previously blind is now visible and transparent so that people can see at every stage what's happening. But it’s not only the buyers and the sellers that can see what's happening but the service providers in trade finance and trade can as well so all of a sudden now you've got revolutions going on in logistics who are the people of course who moved the goods that are the lenders collateral. If those logisticians can provide more data about the physical movement of goods it can allay some of the fears that the lenders have about financing inventory. Has it been sold, has it been made, where is it in the process, who controls it. Can logistician can help control the collateral that the lender is lending against, so that information that data is now becoming ubiquitous transparent analyzable and the basis for better credit risk metrics.
Equally the platform's are making a big difference so procure-to-pay is now an electronic event, there are freight forwarders who are digital freight forwarders like Flex port for example there are programs like trade shift which are bringing in creating apps rather like an iPhone they create the sort of iOS of trade and then various service providers provide their apps and then finally there's companies like in for Nexus who are providing visibility along the procure-to-pay chain so that everyone can offer their service to the buyer and supplier at successive stages.

Morning all, Not had a s much time of late for posting and researching. Probably spent way to much time already on it, My business needs my attention a bit more these days as I prepare for COVID into 2021. Still looking in and joining in on breaks so you won't miss me that much. Had a good watch of an interview with Mr Anthony Brown yesterday after doing some digging RE the RNS.

Unfortunately many people regard supply chain finance as just reverse factoring or approved invoice early funding or
payables finance, that's a far too narrow perspective. It's a microcosm of the whole thing and so supply chain finance
is really the application of the appropriate financing to successive stages of extended supply chains and it can be involved in production finance, in transit inventory finance, warehouse finance, receivables finance and collection. it involves the risk as
well so it's actually looking at all of those aspects through successive links in extended supply chains.

Okay so why do corporates use supply chain finance and what are the key advantages?

Well the whole point, the whole game is called the cash conversion cycle and the the test of the game is how little cash you use in your supply chain. There are different ways to minimize the use of cash, you can push out your payables, you can extend out your receivables and then finance them, or you can delay ownership of inventory so there are three component takers of capital in the cash conversion cycle some receivables, payables and inventory.
Of those three it's quite interesting the ownership of inventory consumes more working capital than either receivables or payables so right now the markets focused on receivables and payables finance but I think to answer your question many corporates are going to be asking lenders what can you do for me against the purchase order not the invoice and to help me make the goods that I have orders for move the goods that I've sold and then collect.

Great and I guess in relation to that what opportunities are created by the convergence of physical and financial supply chains?
