I think its Ceresio. Happy to be wrong as that would be two huge players with funding and backing. Indeed, we will find out soon enough.

Sinopoli & Partners advised A1F2 S.r.l., managed by Alessandro Zamboni, CEO and founder of The AvantGarde Group S.p.A., in the repurchase of 100% stake in the The AvantGarde Group S.p.A..
The transaction value is around €91 million.
The company’s services include enterprise performance management, advanced risk modeling, business knowledge orchestration, supervisory model architecture and new ICT enterprise frame-working, enabling customers belonging to different sectors such as banks, insurance companies and other corporates to effectively control the integration of several internal processes and also carry out digital strategic initiatives of their companies.
Sinopoli & Partners advised A1F2 S.r.l. in the acquisition with a team led by partner Liviano Sinopoli (Picture) assisted by Lucia Pietropaolo.
Tonucci & Partners advised IWEP Ltd., one of the sellers of the stakes, with a team composed by partner Piergiorgio Sposato and senior associate Francesco Bianchi.

Mine was from the Wealth Management section, Yours the Eurofinleading Fiduciaria SpA section. Different entities, same creator.

@Ex, that was just the list that are under 5%, showing lots are keeping under the TR1 threshold. These are the 4 that are from Ceresio and have been or are SYME shareholders via various entities. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm not saying they are the Captive Bank, I'm saying they, through their group of investors and clients, as they like to invest together, are facilitating the funding and transaction re the captive bank. It needs central bank approval, who better a major shareholder than the Foglia Family and their various companies who have worked with the Rothchilds. A central banking family.

Basically I wouldn't worry about the €8bn Bank deal. It will go through. This is one of the biggest most exclusive Wealth and Asset managers in the world. They managed the Quantum Fund for George Soros and some of the Rothchilds Funds.

The have almost 20% of SYME through the 4 companies kept under the 5% TR1 declaration threshold and also they own 1AF2 which owns a chunk of TAG which owns a huge chunk of SYME.

Here is your big investor. And they invest with their clients. Some of the wealthiest Families in the world. Basically, those who help the rulers of the banking system, are helping SYME.

Indeed a great bit of work from many, how boards are supposed to work. Great to see.
