I think he was saying it will be more a PR than PE. Looking at others in the industry, they are not priced at normal financial company PE's and that's what he was getting at. It will command a higher valuation.

IMO, The option seller hold the shares already, And got them at either Placement or consolidation price of .49p or .69p.

At a guess, I would say it was one of DW's companies, Probably FPG as they hold enough and the others have gone. Also look at the timing of it, was at around the time of the DW sale. I think he wanted to sell more then. AZ offered the option Purchase.

Thats my guessing anyway.

Why would SYME explain it all giving away their business edge? The fact you are all here wondering, tells me SYME have cracked something quite special as it hasn't been done before in exactly this way.

IMO the use of SPV's to purchase the stock is how this is achieved. The modern tech and transparency of transactions enable this new way of doing things. Take away Blockchain, AI, IoT. It wouldn't be possible still.

It happens when the board is being moderating and posts being deleted. Happens here a lot because of the personal attacks, bickering and legality of some of the comments, like this is a scam, fake company etc.

They were contacted months ago to see if legit. The must be getting pee'd of with investors of SYME haha.

It's part of the digital world yet to catch up. Would be a different world online if that was the case. There is always a place for anonymity but in a world of Markets, trading, Insider info, pumping dumping placings and warrants, company scams etc. It would be a better place.

You did yes.. Moving at a pace once this first tranche has gone through the legalities. Big holders here should have a very nice 2021 onwards.

Just one biggish sell and lots of late reported buys. £86K one came at 16:29 as it would have been worked all day.

The takeover will add another 700m odd shares and up the market cap by some way. I think that's why its not running away price wise today. Haven't done the calcs but will have a look over the weekend. A touch of caution is needed. They get the numbers off with the masks it will still have way to go but getting a lot larger market cap than a while back quickly. Volatile ride like most stocks with anything to do with COVID.

Fully being conservative in those figures. just using whats been RNS'd. Lots of surprises could up that, especially by year 4. Thats a long time.

Anyone looking to take a loan our. The cheapest way by far (only if you have a good credit rating) is by 0% balance transfers on cards. When they were cheap, like 0% and 1% I would take a few grand for 18m and put it in a high yielding divi stock, then repay it and keep the divi's and any growth. Risky yes but research is your friend. Compounded interest is only your friend working for you.

Of course it is, They are they agent for the securitisation. People can't read RNS's. They aren't going to stop all that work. Clients are loaded. Some am I.

I can understand your want to wait. I'm in my early 40's so risk is still high for me and I want a lot more growth before I become more cautious as I approach 50's.

As you can tell, I've been digging a lot. I'm trying to reduce that risk. It looks really good going forward. The team being built have some serious experience. Growing at a pace. 2021 will be a good year here. If not, I'm screwed haha ;)
