Hi Petrol,
I de risked and took some profits which I posted about. I posted my concerns, didn't want to get caught up in speculation so left it to SYME to address. They did with a tweet. However, No RNS has followed about "manipulation". That worried me every more as I was expecting a market release not a twitter post. So i de risked further.
All of my "ramping" posts hold true if all goes to plan for SYME. All i did was worked out what they have RNS'd. I'm not part of a scam, I'm a premium member so my details are with LSE. I'm an investor with some funds in my SIPP and ISA. I love looking for new companies, under valued companies etc.
If you have read my posts, I've always said, hold unless something fundamentally changes for you. For me, that was seeing a share register. It was way off the narrative of this board and what myself and other investors were searching.
I would just like to highlight the danger, of screaming at people who ask questions. Assuming they are all "part of a gang"
For me, I want to know what someone has to say about my investments, then I can research it too, and see if I agree/disagree. If they are positive or negative, I don't care, I just want to know their research and reasoning. To see if I maybe wrong. I have never and will never filter anyone for these reasons. I try not to get caught in personal slanging matches so I can't see a need to filter.
I still stand by my workings, all they are is maths related to RNS's. It's not me that will make them a reality, Its SYME.
I'm more than happy to jump back in also, If and when SYME do address the mud being thrown at the for months, as its really sticking now. Also if the business progresses as promised.
Bare in mind i was here for a 1700% or so rise. 0.05 to 0.9p. The psychology of investing is so important. I was taken away with endorphins and crazy highs having a rise of that much. When this happens in investing, It is always wise to realise, the brain acts and thinks differently depending on what endorphins are being pumped into it. 1000% is quite a high and quite a buzz. My posts would have reflected that. Since then, I've lost 50% of that gain. My emotions are different, the endorphins have gone and my rational mind is working fine. This has been a huge lesson to me. I broke all my rules with SYME. I over weighted myself and unbalanced my portfolios. I lost thousands in my trading account, but made well still in my ISA and SIPP.
I try and make my posts balanced, pointing out, "if all goes to plan" or "this is based on whats RNS'd only" If it was my business, i'd be more confident. But I'm an investor. I have to take the word of the CEO's. Followed these boards, tried to work out what was happening. Maybe we dug too deep. However, this fundamentally changed for me, SYME still have not addressed it. I had to stop breaking my rules, being run by emotion and invest sensibly.
If that makes me "bad" so be it.
