Agree, The world has fundamentally changed because of COVID. Those in business, and investment that could see this, have profited and positioned themselves very well for the future. Those that have not acted have seen huge losses and change to the way they operate and will continue to do so.

Would certainly give SYME a great knowledge of global trends at the minimum which reduces their risk further in the due diligence process. I'm sure even anonymous data may be able to be collated just to give reports on trade trends etc which would have a lot of eyes form investors which in turn helps SYME build its reputation with Investors. SYME is very much an Investor relations company also as they are finding both sides of the transaction. Investor and client.

Yeap, May take a while to settle but this really is a great acquisition and plan on many levels for the future of SKIN. I had long term targets of 10p for both SKIN and MWG so together after consolidation i can see £1 over the few years as achievable.

It's now linked to the price of SKIN. Which is down today. It has had a lot of strong rises of late so just some profit taking by traders. Once this settles, people will see the beast that has been created.

Been in SKIN and MWG for a while, Always thought the market cap of MWG was ripe for a take over. For it to happen like this, I'm very happy. I recently sold some (not all) of my SKIN and put it in MWG as I saw more value in the market cap. Missed some of the rise 3-4p but thats been more than made up for in MWG and now Im back in SKIN with my original investment. Assuming this all goes ahead.

The 10-1 will help us long term and put the new enlarged group on the radar of many more investors who won't touch smaller penny stocks and low Market Caps. Going forward the link up with AVCT and the new group could be very profitable. In here for the long haul. GLA

ORPH already own several challenge studies and can utilise that data now. If you listen to the presentation CF says they can already see heart patterns related to the onset of covid so once that data is finished it will be available. The existing data from challenge studies could be used now for flu onset. A lot of people are into wearables these days and its growing at a pace.

I should have worded that better, I mean have a clause that allowed them to commercially use the data.

For those with foresight the placement was a steal. This could be back up in the 5-7p range by year end.

I grabbed some then, Did a little research and it looked a good play. Nice to see it moving.

So either AZ bought them off of another placement investor at the same price, or he wanted to buy at the same price for transparency and ethical reasons. I think he would have annoyed a lot of placement investors if he bought ten times cheaper three weeks ago.

As long as the contracts allowed for a certain level of data collection. Could be very handy to the business its self and also other bodies looking to collate trade data.

At a guess @Tall, I would say it is for the reasons on the original deal and placement which wasn't long ago really. I mean, he could have bought them for ten times less three weeks ago. I think for ethical and transparency reasons AZ is buying at the placement price. If he had of bought at ten times cheaper, would that not have caused issues with the previous placement investors?

Not a massive concern of mine but as I said, just fire them an email and all will be explained to you.

My advice (I am not an advisor) Would be to go and read the last accounts of SKIN.
Look at the 300% growth in revenue.
Understand that this was before MWG and COVID testing.
Look at the SKIN acquisition of Rhino Cloud.
Look at the blue chip companies SKIN works with in it Lab skin department.
Look at SKIN increasing the lab space to accommodate future growth.

I would agree SKIN are getting a good deal, I would also say SKIN saved this company. It was nearly gone before they turned up. I bought here just after SKIN got involved, I'm a fan of GB and his modern style of being a CEO. Considering it was under 1p back then and even .5p when I first bought, I'd say its in the interest of MWG shareholders to take this. SKIN has a lot more to it and is a great company positioned for future growth.
