What wording would you suggest other than expected?

@Gary, This one is simple to me. I find a lot of other stocks much harder to work out.
Simple Idea. Only possible because of modern tech.

As it hasn't happened, they can not put "will" surely? Its into the future and a three year term, how can they know "exactly" what will be monetised. Thats the reason for the new tech, blockchain etc can "monitor" stock levels and charge accordingly.

I would say you are guilty of the same things but just bashing rather than ramping. I'm optimistic, you are cautious.

Honest question. Out of a scale of 1-10, how likely to you think this is all made up and a fraud?
You must have no faith at all in any regulation or authority in the city. I know there is plenty of corrupt ones, but really, you think this is all a fraud, with all that BOD complicit?

They "BUY" the stock.
It is simply speeding up working capital flow. Quite a different move to previous ways "loaning" against the stock.

My answer would be to take an English and maths class again.

€300m = €6.5m revenue €3m net profit. (Current securitisation)
So 1% net profit.
€1.43bn = €14.3m net profit which goes into 2021 (Next securitisation)

Then we have our Bank where net profit goes to 1.5%
€4bn in 2021 = €60m net profit
Add the €6.5m yr2 payment
€66.5m profit for 2021

Bank funding to €5.5bn (Keep it simple and include year 1 payment again of previous €4bn)

€5.5bn in 2022
€82.5m in net profit
Add the €6.5m yr3 payment
€89m net profit.

Yr 1 Oct 2020 - €3m net profit
Yr 2 Oct 2021 - €66.5m net profit (2100% growth)
Yr 3 Oct 2022 - €89m net profit. (33% growth)

PE of 10 @ £800m Market Cap = 2.4p Share price
PE of 20 @ £1.6bn market cap = 4.8p Share price

A month ago it was number 1. All those looking at there losses and stop losses triggered.
Games being played. Those new to this, watch and learn.

This is what happens on the markets with new companies or growing companies.

Talk up and release RNS on new idea, concept or contract etc that will earn company more
-Share price rises very quickly to the value that is worth.
-Share price then falls as it awaits delivery of said "news"
-Once news is delivered, share price climbs back to spike levels and moves forward more steadily.

This is why you hear "buy on rumour" "sell on news" - That is for the first news. Rumour always come before the RNS.
Then those experienced in "the game" buy the rumour, and on the RNS release of the rumour, they sell.
They will then wait,and buy back lower before the news is actually in the accounts and about to be announced.

By posting on socials and boards, those experienced in "the game" are one step ahead of punter investors all the time.
I just see it all and say it as I see it.
This is why good news RNS are being sold into.

How many loss making companies is there on the markets? Anyone ever actually looked at that?

SYME announce an RNS explaining they will be cash cow, starting next month.

People wonder why so many are saying its bad, its fraud, its all fluff??

Because they are unethical immoral****** thats are run by greed and jealousy, they missed out on the big rise want a cheaper entry. Its all part of the game.

If SYME went bust, any de ramper has "Won" and is correct.
Until then, all "rampers" are yet to be proven. Other than early ones like myself who are still 1000% up which is fairly "proven"
SYME is a start up, let it start, then make the "Conclusion" A daily share price movement doesn't prove anybody right. It's just noise.

Long term is what counts. How about a look at NCYT, EUA, GGP? Ask those board members how they have put up with the same drivels from muppets.

142 are on board so thats 112 left to "monetise"

If you are falling for the tactics of picking apart an RNS and seeing it as bad. You are handing over your shares to those predators that will BUY them of you after scaring you.

Anyone here follow the board history of NCYT this year? How about EUA? GGP? Seen it all before.

If its not shorts its greedy mofo's with no morals bashing the price down to buy.

Hi Degsy, Indeed, I like these small market cap ones for mining punts. I don't have enough experience or knowledge of mining for it to be more of a punt. However, pick the right ones, and it can become way more than punt money. Hoping for that ;)

Just checked in on NCYT. I bought there earlier this year. The boards were mad. Worse than here but this is getting that way. Didn't bother posting, would just check in a read and then even that became an effort so left even checking.
Some great news over there recently in that the large short positions taken (which were evident by the posting) are having to close as NCYT gets new valuations of upto €50 a share for the French parent company. So just under £50 for the UK listing.
I missed the 30p entrance there but was looking then. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
The de rampers back then were so strong. It kept me from investing. I eventually went in a £1.66
Don't regret that but do regret being influenced by negative posters stating how crap the company is, and not buying at 30p.
We live and learn. That hasn't seen its spike price for a good while. It will soon. LTH for less stress and good returns.

Doing very nicely these days old NCYT, or should I say young. I didn't bother posting on here after investing as it went mad with all the shorters, bit like how my favourite board is going these last weeks. Well done to all those who still hold. Waiting for the new high that won't spike this time. Anyone here still from the 30p days and hold them all still?
Great news on the shorts closing also. Should push us over £5 alone in the next few days I'm hoping.

Invested on the day of suspension. Was just down for all that time and then ... BOOM!
