Lets just be clear what's happened here in simple English.

SYME's largest shareholders, The Avante Gaurde Group, The Orchestra Group, 1AF2 and the institutions they have been working with have agreed to buy a bank to support SYME.

The Director DW I would say was quite influential in helping this deal and was just rewarded a payment giving him back his £1.5m he out in the other week.

The benefit to SYME shareholders of this transaction.

1. No fund raise to SYME shareholders
2. No dilution via issuing more shares
3. No debt on balance sheet to buy bank
4. SYME shareholders are buying a bank via other vehicles and SYME get the benefits.
5. All SYME business will be able to run through this bank, reducing overheads, simplifying due diligence and control.

Those sort of companies would be the higher end of risk for SYME. They would have the higher fee's to reflect that for the coupon.

The main companies benefiting will be healthy fast growing companies that can utilise the SYME model to increase working capital and potentially help expand rather than have "dead money" sitting in inventory.

Businesses with high ROI would score higher on the SYME due diligence checks.

Alliance with leading Italian SME Fintech Platform EPIC
- A target of 50 companies a month to be brought on board through EPIC
- EPIC Finds funders and clients
- Partnering again lowers any cost of advertising and marketing

UK Pilot
- Agreement with 10 UK manufactures
- Talks with large UK institutions

USA Plans
- Targeting the USA for pilot program
- Partners being looked for so again, no cost in advertising or marketing for new custom.

Institutions come on board
- II's announced investing in vehicles and open market
- II's support funding for further expansion which leads to...

Bank being acquired by shareholders to support SYME.
- Existing shareholders and investors agree to buy a bank to support SYME
- No cost to SYME shareholders
- No debt
- No fund raise
- Have the benefit of owning a Bank guys
- For free to you
- €8bn in funding to be made available over 4 years
- The bank will operate all transactions for the business keeping everything under one roof
- Increased transparency
- Lower costs
- Less risk as all business overseen via one hub.

Seen people post about this 212 loads saying they can't buy. Isn't a free one? You are back of the cue if thats the case. Get a better broker.

It will pay dividends to hold SYME long term. ;)

The reason for the clarification RNS is because "the market" thats most of the posters here and more, didn't get it.
It's hugely positive.
II's are supporting the rapid growth of a start up business with a BOD who have top experience.
II's and original investors are supporting buying a Bank (£8bn in funding over 4 years) to orchestrate all transactions keeping due diligence and account management under one roof.

It released because the sp should have gone up to the base price of .69p at least.
It is release because there is an orchestrated attack on SYME calling it a fraud.

Yeah, it's actually very intelligent financial planning. Clearly those making early moves here don't want to be known until its all done and dusted. Their absolute right to.

Someone just took a much bigger bet than you, against you. How do you feel? You feeling lucky??

My thoughts, he's wanting to put a higher floor on this. Nice and transparent and at the main shareholders price again.

In simple terms, he's betting it goes up. He's betting he will need more share for II's between now and Dec and he wants to lock in the same price. That may be hard come Dec with all the news coming...

First time in a while its been very equal. I sold all my SKIN to buy here as it was 10% cheaper a while ago.
