Why would Casp have to explain about money to Kazakhstan tax department? Casp pays its tax in UK not Kazakhstan. Hence Late Filing notice on HMRC (companies house).

If the shallow sale went through someone has millions in their account.

So no RSN

Who suggested there would be? As I said in earlier posts I recon assets will be disappearing (that is my opinion, hope I’m wrong).

I will be shocked but happy if there is an RSN tomorrow. Casp has still not filed its accounts!

The more DEC buy back less dividend money to find

I’m happy with price drop. DEC are buying back shares at cheap prices. The guys who sold would have sold at some point but this massive discount they are giving DEC (for buy backs) will mean we get more bang for our buck!

This share will rise (I believe rapidly) when the dump is over and buy backs and bargain hunters move in.

I’m not comparing print with Casp. I strip print companies that are in trouble (and sell kit round the world).

I find companies in trouble by varied means (contact in banks/finance houses/ receivers etc). But one the best ways of finding companies in trouble is late filings on Companies House (Casp are late, should have filed in June).

PS: I was a hot metal compositor in late 70s. But did 28 years Linotype/Heidelberg as salesman before starting own company.

All I hear these days is about new data centres, I went to a company on Friday who is having to move premises as the industrial estate they are on (in Uxbridge) is going to be a site for a massive data centre.

All these Data Centres need loads of power.

I think NextEnergy share price will recover, I’ll just collect dividend until it happens.

I don’t want Casp to go bust or do anything that costs us all money.

I have a small number of shares left in this company and money is money.

I feel for those who have gone balls in, but from my experience (my opinion) feel people running this outfit are mugging us!

When I hunt for Print companies in trouble in the U.K. the first place I look is companies house, then The Gazzette followed be calls to receivers and banks (as I strip print companies).

I see late filing as a BIG red flag.

But I could be wrong!

Are you saying the RNS is wrong and the money went to Caspian!

The $18.9 million and $5.1 million is not be paid to Caspian but direct to the Kazakh authorities reducing Caspian Sunrise Groups historic cost obligations.

Caspian Sunrise is a plc not a Group, so what’s the other entirety in the ‘’Group’’

Sound more and more like pre pack going on!

If a pre pack they will pay directors and thing they can get away with (usually directors loans. Pay of and finance with guarantees attached. Next transfer assets at a discount to businesses they control.

I hope I’m wrong on this as I still hold a few Casp. Luckily I sold the bulk of my holding to by Just Group (before take over).

I will be delighted if they come out of suspension but I’m pretty sure this is done.

You are waisting your time phoning. This will pre pack under a new name or be asset stripped (which I think will already have been done).They should have filed accounts in June 2025 (see companies house warning)

If you go on Companies House and check Caspian Sunrise you will see a warning that Accounts Overdue. Last filing was 14th Nov 2024.

This is a common trick when shutting a company, you simply don’t file accounts and eventually if no one serves a winding up order the company is struck off (see this a lot in print industry) usually directors sell off anything they can before the striking off happens.

I see this drop as a gift. It may take time but price will rise, this is just to cheap

Sold most of my Casp at 3p as saw this as Bahamas Petroleum mark2.

But if it goes to 1p which I’m sure it will I will probably buy a few as you never know this could get to 5p on day!

Bargain at this price, happy to collect divs while waiting share price to rise.

CEO must of been in high regard to affect share price this much.
