So they may have got away with $69m during suspension (it could have being worse). At least it’s back in play.

Not a problem to buy back in. If you check my old posts you will see I sold bulk of my Casp shares to add to my Just Group shares which shortly after purchase had a takeover bid at £2.20, plus I’ve had dividends.

No happy about de-listing, I hold Casp shares (25,000 HL share fund and 6273 in SIPP) sold most when I realise dodge dealing was going on.

I hope they come out of suspension but don’t think they will.

If Casp de-list they can simply give themselves big pay rises and dividend payments!

They can also sell assets on the cheap to their friends and there is nothing we can do about it.

They are running the clock down to de listing (I believe). They fooled me by directors filling Companies House verification for directors but if they hadn’t done that would have shown their hand to early.

They are getting good advice!

Great results! Think we will see a nice rise in share price. Got 7500 of these and have been worried but will sleep well tonight.

My company (and I’m the owner) strip companies (print companies) I know what I’m up too, I know what to look for when something fishy going on. You can call me names and make ridiculous comments but I have made many millions out of companies going down. Company late with confirmation statement and late filing accounts gets my interest (in print industry). I could be wrong, hope I am but warning lights flashing here.

Divermike, filing a confirmation statement is very very easy. Why have they not done it!

My opinion is something not right here. Hope I’m wrong but why no news and the suspension of the shares has gone on far to long for my liking.

Confirmation Statement due 14th Nov, if not in by 28th Nov Companies House can strike company off. If this happens company dissolved and cannot legally operate as it ceases to exist.

I’m looking at the drop yesterday as an opportunity to pick up a companies share that I believe will do well when cost of living gets even more tough.

Bought 11,000 shares at £1.78 yesterday (bought to early. Already had some that I bought for £2.24.

Time in the market with this one, I’m believe dividend will hold and special may not be paid this year.

Just wait or buy more cheap shares. Will it go up? Yes Will it take time? Yes. Does it pay a good dividend? Yes! Is the business profitable? Yes! Will shorts close? Yes.

This will rise. It will take time but I’m happy to take div while waiting.

These have dropped (even though gold up) because I bought my first holding in PAF at £1.98

Well that’s cheered me up! Why couldn’t they have put that statement out weeks ago?

The Oraziman family control 50.5% of Casp. I don’t believe there will be anymore RSN, why would they? They own the majority of the company.

I’m hoping I’m wrong but Clive is no longer in control they are with that share holding.
