Exactly. They have the buying clout to do this. Saves a buyer having to struggle to get his order filled. They do it for him hence the reporting. Next RNS will be saying they are back below threshold again as have sold to buyer.

Simple transfer of wealth. Weak holders sell up for the little percentages. Peel already have a large buyer hence they are following client orders. They buy up all the available stock and sell to the client in one round transaction. Question is, who is the deep pockets client? Every bit of stock being hoovered up. Free float getting smaller every day if it even exists now.
