This indicates they don't want to sell much but will happily take to fill the orders waiting. Look at the order book. It's very obvious. No sellers at this price but we need them to create liquidity. It's a simple transfer of wealth.

Where are you seeing this? I'm literally watching the trades and I see none of this. Look at level 2. Then look again show me the dumping as I can't see it. I see sells meeting buys and the market currently sat at 65.7 to sell 50k shares. 68.2 to buy the same.
