Bamps21, spot on, any estimate will, more than likely, be determined by wishful thinking. However my wishful thoughts increase regularly, the basis of which is the researched efforts of others for which I am truly thankful. I have heard a rumour that Lukashenko has been invited to chair the next SCC planning committee having been merely an advisor at the last. Anyone know of any evidence that either might have some semblance of truth or fact behind the rumour; that is excepting the obvious that the committee were bowing to the vocal minority thereby attempting to preserve their apparent power base and / or lucrative positions on the Council?
