Justine has been in contact, I’ll set and registered for the Q&As.
Roll on Monday!
Thank you Rod/GIT. I’ve been busy today but just sent off an email.
Hopefully get a response soon
Evening, sorry if I have missed this but how do I get an invite to the Q and A session?
He certainly is persistent. A green box on every topic more or less.
I suspect that when ATLAS have finished he may disappear. That’s only my opinion
Onwards and upwards hopefully.
A grant of 5.2million and only a market cap of £8million. This should rise nicely today.
So for every £10k retail bonds held creditor gained:
Around £6400 cash
15900 shares based on £0.20 = £3180
And an option to buy max 3100 shares at 8p
These bond holders now own potentially 19000 shares and have taken £6160 cash (the additional
Shares have been laid out of this amount).
Some risk has been taken out by the cash payment however I’m sure some (like me) will see the additional shares as a potential gain in the future.
I was a PMO retail bond holder and had the option for creditor shares at 8p. It was a con really as you only got allocated 0.31 for every £1 held max.
Based on the current share price the gain made on these shares only compensated for the loss on the retail bond.
So overall I gain nothing but loose nothing either. My plan is to leave these creditor shares in for a while and see how they go.
Yes! It’s gone through.
I’ve got the same as Jennifer, 61.6p per £1. They have taken the extra to pay for my additional shares.
If I knew they were doing it this way round instead of needing the money in my account I would have applied for more.
Oh well, it leaves a profit at the end of the day.
Thank you all for your updates on this - it’s more than I got from HL.
No cash this morning, still waiting...
Has anyone had a date from their broker on when this will pay out?
Well done for finding that information GIT. However it looks like you are banging your head against a brick wall with this lot.
I think it’s filter time again.
I’ve still heard nothing off HL.
My next assumption is that they have sold some of my creditor shares to pay for my additional shares.
Maybe this is why I have ended up with 1.9096 per £1?
Thanks Troj,
So doing basic maths and minimal research:
$36mill say 50% costs to produce = $18mill.
Cost for loan $6mill per annum = $12mill profit
Based on 5x for Macao gives us $60mill or 45 - 50p after currency conversation.
If we hit those kind of numbers in Q4 I can see that kind of valuation.
Thanks, I seem to have 1.9096 shares per £1 allocated.
I’m not sure if this includes my additional allocation.
I like your positive outlook GIT.
So if we start producing 200 tonnes of tungsten per month (must be the target at some point this year) what kind of revenue and potential profit could this generate?
How does the interest from the loans affect the profit?
The loan will be repaid hopefully so when normally does the market base the figure without the loan payment. Will this only be when it’s paid or x months prior?
What would be the difference if the price per mtu was $300 or $350?
I know that’s a lot of questions, I’m hoping to understand when or maybe how soon and how well the market could react to achieving a 200 tonnes per month target?
Thanks Stevo.
That would be a great result on both the new share allocation and cash front.
I will be looking at my account again today no doubt every 5 mins for updates!
I’m with HL. Shares seem to be sorted but no cash yet. Any idea what the amount would be?
I have applied for additional shares however these haven’t been allocated either. That’s as far as I can tell with HL!
Hi, does anyone know how the PMO retail bond were split in the end and if potential additional shares were given?
Sorry I got it wrong, it’s 10000%
On another positive note, we should see a 1000% increase in our share price today.
Morning MIB,
As many have already commented the consolidation shouldn’t really affect the SP as the market value will stay exactly the same.
My money is on 3 weeks yesterday (Tuesday) as the day Ponfeigh selected for our Q1 results followed by SP movement.
