Only on the day that SFO, or rather the CPS, decides there is insufficient evidence to formally charge Petrofac or its employees with the alleged crimes for which they are being investigated. They've been at it for well over 3 years but as they are Civil Servants, highly experienced in taking time to cover their backsides, the aforementioned day could be a long way off.
