But the reality is the 450 million will not be exercised in one block, would cost £4.5 million to do that, even if you took the overhang over our recent trading volumes, here are examples of how long it would take to clear them all.

If the buying stays strong to clear the 450 million it would take,

40 m shares/day ~11 days

50 m shares/day ~9 days

60 m shares/day ~7–8 days

80 m shares/day (very aggressive) ~5–6 days.

I think most long term investors will be relaxed in the knowledge that DH are being responsible with their funding strategy, no placings or raise, just a controlled way of financing through the ATM and warrants.

People too focused on the 45million warrants, they represent 1.85% of all shares issued. If the volumes continue to grow we will be back to 4p very soon, danger is you sit on the fence the S.P. rises and next Monday the warrants have minimal effect and there is a mad rush of buying and your locked out , an even worse case scenario, DH release a juicy RNS that increases more frenzied buying, if your hedging your bets on getting cheaper entry then where we are now I think you will be paying a lot higher.

I don't want to appear to sound negative here, but you can not compare RR to ALRT, today on a very good RNS we had 843 trades, today on no news RR had 32,384 trades, so suggesting it is not a problem, shall we just get our feet back on Terra Firma and hope the volumes return to endorse your confidence.

I will cut to the chase and say you don't read RNS's, forget Sept , the 6th January is not a case of “will warrants be exercised?”

It’s “will exercises be followed by a contract RNS?”

If yes the market absorbs dilution easily.

If no the overhang lingers.

Last week I posted my thoughts on the radio silence, today's RNS confirms the reason for the lack of info in my opinion.

No doubt this is all heading on course and it seems clear the board have tried to allay investors concerns by stating better communications in future will be possible.

We will have more warrants around 6th January if I am not mistaken, so more news to cushion the effect would be helpful.

I think when you look at the cash position the board have been quite prudent and responsible, many investors will return to this share if they continue to demonstrate the careful measured approach we witnessed in the early days.

But please DYOR , I am more comfortable after that RNS and the endorsements from McCartney and Webber, I think 2026 is going to be the real start of something special.
