Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
Considering dipping into emergency fund for a HL top-up. Agh!
Sir Stephen Holgate - wow, he comes across as a true gent, and explains it all beautifully.
Great find Matml
Can’t wait for the next episode with RM “WHEN this will be available to the public”
Arena, not Alpha sorry
Oh that would be *chefs kiss*
On this: keep in mind, Alpha are quite different as their product is biologic immunotherapy - this would have been extremely costly to produce, more so than Interferon
Andyandmax - that's a myopic statement to make.
NHS Docs, nurses and many other care staff are not overpaid.
The NHS is full to the brim of pointless admin and management who need shaking up, as there are inefficiencies - deeply grained ones, whereby people are institutionalised and wasting money left, right and centre.
There's very little accountability involved - its ends up being a self-perpetuating cycle - attracting those who like that way of working.
I left my NHS non-clinical job last year for these very reasons.
Something does need to change - not sure full privatisation is the answer, but some kind of reform for sure.
upupandawaybby (great username btw) ....those were my thoughts EXACTLY
And the process now could and should be sped up by whatever means neccessary.
Husband's hospital is already in 'code black' - the NHS cannot cope with a 'tidal wave' - pure and simple

Best of luck, BJW - I'm fully in myself, but at £20k.
Is there an RNS coming today? Big news? If so, do we know when?
Onetruebaggie - so much truth in this "Follow the day to day intricacies and your mind will be shot!"
So much conjecture, it's not good for the soul. HOLD for GOLD indeed.
I want to see the presentation but mainly out of curiosity ( I have also become mildly obsessed with all things SYN at this pivotal moment )
But, this presentation has little impact in the grand scheme of things, as per Matml's post.
Synairgen will have submitted their abstract to present at the conference many months ago, using old, known data.
We're all so eager for information...and there's a tonne of speculation.
It's akin to being a kid at Christmas, looking for clues everywhere as to what our big present is going to be.
It would really help if I included the link:
https://www.asktraders.com/analysis/synairgen-sng-share-price-fell-3-53-ahead-of-the-crucial-presentation-is-it-a-buy/
Likely we're all on top of the goings on in here - but thought it would be good to share.
"The decline could also have been a classic case of buying the rumour, selling the news, although, in this scenario, we would have inverted it to sell the rumour, buy the news"
"Investors will be waiting eagerly for the presentation after the markets close" Quite.
Sutton - yep, same, very much all in now :)
Mystery as to why SP down, but good for a wee top up.
Mxv, sorry to hear this but what a relief you’re on the mend.
I’m financially but also emotionally invested in Syn as myself and my spouse (a hospital Dr) caught a bad case of Covid in May 2020. It was hellish. We both then had Long Covid, and I am only just feeling right again now.
To all those suffering, and as you say struggling to breathe (my grandpa had copd) it will provide something to them that money simply can’t buy.
Go Synairgen.
Andybe - you'll find a lot of the stock related boards on Reddit have strict guidelines about what you can post.
It'd likely get removed.
TrekMadone + Elsol, this is very helpful, thank you.
Forgive my ignorance but when you say 'Traders will know this is going to have a typical ‘pre drill’ type run' - are you referring to the price fluctuating greatly in the run up to the results? I know no one can answer this with any degree of certainty, but do you see it dropping back down to around 180?
My personal situation, I'm looking to put in another significant amount of money, and kicking myself I did not do this when it was 172. As if it's not completely obvious ;) I'm not a usual trader, but have done a lot of research, and married to a Doctor (many in the medical community also feel this is one of the sounded investments around)
CityTrader - that's helpful, thanks.
I was literally finger hovering over topping up a substantial amount last week. I'm keen to know if it's going to correct, and if this is indeed overbought and stochastic. Kicking self for not trusting myself and going for it when it was 172 :S
Don't want to be waiting for the dip that never happens.
Either way, this is so very exciting.
Second the question from Henners007 to Tornadotony's insightful statement
Many thanks MrCrumpet. Yes thankfully spotted the sensible ones. For those unscrupulous ones on here, I understand there's a filter function - so will utilise that if necessary :)
