Flextem69, Why? Please explain for those of us who don’t understand the ch11 process, or cannot read RNSs and daily Kroll dockets where it is stated that shares in Cineworld will continue to be traded during the process until at least end of H1 2023, possibly (likely) later.

You clearly have information we are not privy to.
Or you are a scallywag with zero understanding of the ch11 process.

Your two posted opinions are an hour apart and an odd half Billion out. That’s only half billion lol.
January and February with outperforming box office, I suggest, will more than cover interest payments. But we cannot possibly know one way or the other until figures released in March.

I prefer to wait for the official figures and not compare differing time periods to suit my narrative.

In order to persuade the lenders to take a haircut, Cineworld are likely to paint the most negative interpretation they can to get the best deal.

I am quietly optimistic.

If your buy shows as a sell you either bought in at a good price (at that precise moment in time) as you paid below mid-price; or Clocking/impedance delays (blink of an eye) can cause tardy updates leading to publish as a ‘sell’ stamp.

Someone made a lot of money out of something quite similar but over longer distances than the Square Mile, or London to Cheltenham, etc.
