exactly the same as my thinking. Invested this morning. BUT his figures for the Weald oil were way out and it seemed all he was doing was trying to get people to invest in UKO.......

we now have two proven assets that will be generating revenue for Alba in 2019.......not sure how much yet but perhaps will cover our costs on the other projects and running costs......
and at the end of 2019 we will start to see the large ramp up in production at HH

well I am now invested via my SIPP (I was previously invested about 18 months ago) so lets hope things move positively - if not the 6.5% dividend will help.....

I am doing DD on this share following the news this morning that Fusion ( a direct competitor) sold 1857 beds for more than £232M (actual price not disclosed) so per bed they got more than £125K per bed.

IF ESP properties are of equivalent standard and location this implies this share is at a significant discount, What do people think about this?

The only concerns I can see are (1) Dividend cover is only 60% (2) Student rents are short term and % sold could fluctuate quickly perhaps if there is a BREXIT issue with foreign students.......

having been in and out of Angus of the last 18 months (in at the moment) I see a company that has failed to deliver on most aspects of its plan, has underestimated and misinterpreted the regulations on several occasions and generally seems badly organised (the most recent example is the Balcombe test showing them not planning ahead for an issue and by not putting enough slack into their programme of works could not recover when the issue hit thereby reducing the testing to an almost pointless exercise)......I remain an investor BUT I am hoping they get taken over by a better company

....before Xmas and Saint Stephen sent a message of great hope and joy (if we are lucky)........all LTH's are following the star so lets hope it ends in gold !

nookie with Brockham and HH it looks as though real earnings will start very soon (3 months?) but I have to agree on all of the mining projects where the BOD seem to run the company as their own pet geological experiment to keep themselves amused rather than getting some urgency into commercialising the projects they have

Please tell me if I am wrong here BUT assuming Brockham flows well ( around 1000BOPD) then we should be getting 5% payments from Angus that will basically pay for our operating costs for 2019 (not quite sure what about capex costs for the original drilling but my assumption cover onoging opex costs).......

So anything we get from HH will be potentially profit. Doing the sums this could be as much as 0.1p - 0.15p per share for the production test through to Q3 2019.......this COULD be a 30% or 40% dividend based on current share price if ALBA chose to return the money to shareholders (though I suspect it will be used to develop our other assets)

Let me know if my sums or assumptions are wrong......

and all the directors get millions of lovely share options at 8p.........almost payment for failure!

Hoo hum lets now get the well opened up and some impressive flow rates please to justify all of the money you all you BOD's get paid
