but putting them in could push away debris and sludge from penetrations do perhaps some good benefits

thanks - looking at the Fishbones I think the small holes on the "bones" will block too easily. (I am not in oil industry)

do any of our oil experts know what alternatives there are to acid? It sounds as though we do not want to dissolve the limestone so perhaps large penetration holes through the well bore? Or clay flowing around during penetration to take away debris?

now back to where we were in may 2017.....we need some positive news. This is killing my numbers day after day offsetting all the good shares I have!

the work is going to find the 3 additional new sites? I would expect an announcement on at least one new site in the next month or so.

When Tellurian start to have to pay to costs for the future drilling it may be the time they decide on their long term future at HH......I am not sure they will stay engaged as their focus is on a US Gas terminal in particular. Could be they sell on their interest. Perhaps to UKOG or perhaps to a mid ranking oil company.

I know about the merger and currently support it (need final documents to make a final decision)......My only issue with it is whether the price in shares being paid reflects the assets we are getting. Unfortunately all property REITs, Trusts etc seem to operate with value well below book NAV of the assets. We are not paying NAV in the merger BUT is the discount sufficient? Not made my mind up yet.

I bought this share as a solid dividend play and it seems to be delivering. Dividend increasing and fully covered. Assets solid. Income secured in the 5 year time frame with very few rent renewals due (as a percentage). Borrowing down and borrowing costs down.
Anyone else spot anything or have any views?

NAV now at 280p (so a nearly 60% premium to current 178p price)........I cannot see risk to justify this discount BUT as this update does not include cash and profit positions it is difficult to tell.

agreed - do not understand why Alba is down/flat when there is great news on the oil part of their portfolio via Angs and UKOG

yes strange shares are not moving upwards.......not sure whether to blame MM's or other shareholders. Volumes are low so suspect MM's

yes great results and dividend above expectations. Cash doubled which gives an excellent buffer for any issues which could arise from (say) a BREXIT impasse impacting foreign student numbers.

Looking in detail the only issue I perceive is the increase in Admin costs of 9% which seems very high.

Totally agree; excellent results. The figure that caught my eye is the 219% increase in number of customers.

the 75% EBITDA to divi is a significant commitment already......I would not be surprised to see any surplus cash going on acquisitions (if they spot any suitable ones)

yes excellent results and the EBITDA numbers, and commitment to pay 75% of this figure to dividend means a strong divi payment to shareholders this year......happy days
