GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
agreed - strong results - nothing negative. Market seems to like........
at least 2 years cash remaining.......with the financing for production in place perhaps we can understand better the likely production timescales BUT remember the expenses for the exploration and testing are now complete so spend rate should decline so perhaps 3 years cash remaining if they choose to focus on what they have already found
I am going to hold as I think there is a September dividend to be paid and if you read the notes there may well be a March dividend that has to be paid (provided that Henderson keep GRMNin a REIT structure)......these are not mentioned in the takeover document though (normally this would be explicitly stated).......
Offer received at a great premium. Happy days!
EV will be important but electrical storage for the grid could be as big IMHO - very large facilities used to store solar and wind along with storage used to regulate the grid and prevent the type of issues seen on Friday when two power plants went offline suddenly.

and they state they are both holders
agreed they are very positive about BIDs so I bought some more.......hopefully lots of people will listen to the discussion
I only had a small holding this morning but it is now doubled thanks to this dip.......I think this will go much higher and was quite shocked at only a c.30% rise first thing........
Admittedly we do not have any number yet BUT it looks like a winner for me unless the deal is ridiculously bad.
Folks, a question.
When Alba first assessed Amitsoq they used a helicopter to perform an EM survey to identify the metals, and other minerals, in the ground. I assume we cannot do this at Clogau as the gold is too spread out / diffuse across the area and perhaps also too deep? Am I correct?
yes this is great news - there are some aspects we do not understand: We do not know the details of the franchise specifically how much IWG will be paid per annum by the franchisee but the up front payment is large. Also not clear what the NAV is in the accounts for these properties. .....
I am only an occasional visitor here though I have held the shares for several years (poor me!) BUT with todays news I wonder whether the continual delay and downplaying that SS and UKOG have done (to keep the price of buying the other owners of HH out) will now be a thing of the past and we will see some real purpose, application and progress?
I was talking about buying Magellan out in 2017 and at last it has happened which is great BUT I hate the overhang/drip drip dilution caused by the method used to fund it. I have seen this elsewhere and it leads to pain for the LTH like myself. UNLESS our valuation starts to go upwards quickly.
IMHO of course and goof luck all LTH in here and in ALBA (another dog in my portfolio)
