Revenue and profit up strongly. Extremely good cash. Debt now zero. Dividend to increase to 9p at full year......

Should be a good uplift here today!

No field work in Greenland this year?
Clogau now the core asset?
Open to 3rd party investment in Greenland (GF has mentioned he has been working on deals several times but it seems no progress)?
HH could be sold? (just when it could get really interesting with new wells at HH, new sites in the PEDL, and planning for full production)

Empiric Student Property’s (ESP) revenue rose 14 per cent during the first half thanks to improved occupancy and the contribution from new developments. Property expenses also dipped despite an increase in the number of operating assets as the average cost per bed declined 11 per cent. The gross margin rose to 68.5 per cent, from 62.3 per cent, and is on track to reach the full-year target of greater than 67 per cent. Buy.

several very large buys with round numbers of shares this morning........interesting

I also hold Green REIT and they were upset with the share price discount to NAV and so have sold themselves recently to generate share holder return......the discount of ESP is similar to Green before they went to markey.

in terms of timescales IMHO the biggest lead-time aspects will be for the developers to train their coders how to correctly define the suitable advertising areas in the game via Unreal engine and then TEST that the adverts load correctly and do not slow the game down / stop the game or cause errors.......they will need to test various scenarios (such as data-link outages etc) to make sure the process works robustly.

as this has slipped back after an early rise I thought I would take some more shares for the future divi. See these as recession proof in terms of income (but not in terms of NAV).......

Profit up 33%. NAV well above current share price. Dividend now >90% covered. Positive comments about rental growth accelerating and costs decreasing. Debt well managed.

the Unity gaming core seems to be in larger scale use than Unreal so hopefully BIDs are talking to them as well.....

Bluejay started in Greenland before Alba but seem to be pulling further into the lead......Alba need to get a wriggle on at Thule and identify how/where the material will be processed, the (quite limited) infrastructure to mine and transport the resource and the necessary permits from Greenland..........

as well as the developers being all over this to monetise their back catalogues (and planned offerings) I can see the advertisers desperate to get access to the gaming demographic .........win win

slightly disappointing results for this half BUT very positive outlook including contracts signed, orders, and working on contract backlog from this half......cash looks good as does cash flow

why the drop this week and today in particular? Price of platinum is down but would not thought it would have this big an effect. Market worried generally about recession perhaps?

Last RNS was very positive both in terms of current cash flow performance and future projects coming on stream as planned.

There is a £10K "sell" shown today......

I wonder if a funding company like Anglo Pacific (who operate on a royalty basis) could be in discussions with HZM? I hold both so would love it to materialise......
