you are right - £11 showing as mid point price
Would love £20 again! I was in at the beginning with PLUS. Made a lot of money (for me) but then lost some of it again. Missed out on the bog rise though........
Clear
Very strong results
However they are not clear what the impact of the CV19 epidemic will be (+ve of -ve) and do not provide a cear forward view for 2020.
So reading through the last accounts it seems there is zero revenue and they did not talk about where any revenue could come from - I will dig further but I am not sure what the future holds for this one at the moment
As I commented the other day now over £10....I am not selling - divi is great (at the price I bought) and management are seriously buying onto this share. They know how trading is going! (And they have already warned the market we are trading above expectations)
This is a terrible RNS. About the only comfort is that it seems a lot of this additional debt was not authorised correctly by the company and the funds seem to have been diverted to non company activities.....so we may well have evidence of criminal activities and be able to chase the money and try to get it refunded......do not hold out much hope though
1) they obviously view this as cheap
2) Are expecting great dividends this year
3) Lets hope they do not take it private........often these deals benefit the buyers and not the shareholders
Shame these great results will not mean anything due to the Covid-19 situation - strong cash in bank and they have reduced borrowings this year significantly.
They say bookings for next year are at same level as this year - not clear if those are contracts, nor what level that is.......so there could be an issue in October for the start if the new term if matters have nit improved.
NO they don't. They will be invoicing for the tests immediately on dispatch - the payment terms are likely to be are 30 days - so if there were a temporary cash shortfall they can always factor the invoices (only costs a few percent of the value) in the short term.
I mistakenly posted this on another shares BB......not sure if it has already been shared:

Whilst this is at a large PE the results today are inline with expectations and seem very positive..........
SO we will get a premium but not much (c15%) - the original founders are probably getting a very good deal for the part of the business they are buying.........
The current financial crash may cause issues if they are raising money for these transactons.....

Sorry if this has already been put up
The winner here is the Abu Dhabi bank!
