Just how far will the Government want to open this can of worms? Liecester has been Labour run for years yet there have been no factory inspections by any of the authorities ?? Its all smoke and mirrors. Probably all being instigated by Shadowfall?

Should people be working illegally, no income tax or NI. Where do you do-gooders think all the illegal immigrants try to find work? This will just force them further underground. The work will go abroad and Boohoo customers will have to wait a few hours longer for a cheap party dress. What do you think is happening today in those factories, a clearout a few offcut face masks and hand sanitizer and no one will stand in court and accuse their boss of anything.

I'm sure there are thousands in India that work for £3 a week and would like the work, its definitely needs looking into but when the work has gone from the UK who will be complaining?
More worrying is others have suggested that the outbreak gained pace among workers in food processing sites around the city and spread quickly in part because of overcrowded housing. What a mess!

We have a broad set of opinions on here but there are people who claim to do their research on a share yet sell out before the big run up, any profit is a good profit but what do we call research? For me i read all i can find and make up my own mind. l look on these sites for links to information i may have missed and read genuine investors opinion.

Ok Pookoo, trust me i use more than butty van talk and a seeweed guy for my investment plans. I look on here for posted articles i may have missed and i don't mind different opinions from share holders, not shorters. I started buying just after IPO and have bought up to 2.44, sold a few to buy a house but im holding the majority for the ride. I sold Next at £18 and watched them go to £75.

100% of PLT for £5m was the deal when i started buying these shares, how they got away with 66% for £3.3m and now this, i still feel a little cheated but the sp speakes for its self.
Pookoo i was aiming at the newly joined derampers but if you feel the cap fits thats fine. This board helped me along in the early days with Jambon and co. So i still look on here out of habit. When i decide to sell it will be by my own timing, i won't be shaken out.

I agree that fashion is a fickle business just looking at Ted Baker and Superdry share price. The PLT issuse has bugged me from the begining if this was just Kamanis on the BOD then I'd have been long gone but there are some credible people involved here with growth opportunities to be had particularly in the US, also you never know a large predator might just come calling. So for me I'm holding.

Snowwoman. I had this reply from the FCA ...I note your concerns and will share them with the appropriate part of the FCA for consideration. Unfortunately we cannot provide anything more of an update than this but we will be looking into this.... the ants and the rubber tree plant comes to mind but if all those concerned complain you never knows? That said having these hedge funds looking into companies behaviours can't be a bad thing can it but the information must be substantiated.

The one thing Boohoo can afford is a good team of lawyers. This has a stench of Shadowfall about it!
