I nearly bought some Tullow last week but decided against it because of their 3% plus shorts and there up10% . This could well be 50p before the results and them where? 20p total disaster.

It wasn't long ago this would have a run up to results. It's not looking good for Thursday I wish I'd sold more and backed my winners why be in this when my Glen and BAE are going up? Bloody Lloyd's are letting my down now to ffs. I thought Fridays news would support these? What does it take? I can't see Vlad giving in anytime soon.

I agree with all your saying Reardon. Other than a rapid aggressive takeover which is why I'm still in the game do you not think there will be plenty of time to get back in on any recovery signs. All I've been saying is it seems crazy to me to keep holding all my shares when theirs is that chance to buy back cheaper?

I was hoping £1 was the bottom and I would have kept most of my holding but by judging by the way the markets have been punishing recent TU by between -10% to -40% drops I've taken my gamble to sell half and buy back in if things are starting to look better. If I was sure I would have sold the lot but you never just know? If there are no BOD buys next Thursday or Friday then that's it for a good while

You do realise that you can sell your 500 shares and then buy them back? At very likely a lower price, in this market it will take an excellent TU to turn these much higher.

I was talking about the price the shares closed at not what the shorts were buying back at! 100m plus shares have been bought by Norges and and the shorts closing and still they fall. There are plenty out there expecting a further fall. I'll be ready to buy back with the over half my holding that I sold out of at around 20% higher than they are today!

Pedigree. I'm a genuine holder but I'm struggling to keep holding so many when other stocks are rising 5% and this is falling. 2 or 3 clicks your out of this and onto a winner then when you think boo has bottomed sell the winner and buy back even more boo. That's my plan just a year too late!.

I want this to hit £2 as much as anyone but you can't fight the market sentiment. I'm holding now for a buyout or BOD buys. Someone on here weeks ago said 50p and the spanker crucified him.
