The good news is that we have a leader working full time for the company rather than someone with 2 businesses to run. Also, it seems that Robertson was instrumental in bringing about the Watson arrangement. So his contacts were good. We now have someone with skin in the game.

Now everything hinges upon marketing. I think the products are unique and excellent. How are they going to be sold? Will Robertson be able to deliver?

The board needs to be changed to get rid of lightweights and associated expense. An expert in cosmetic marketing with good contacts is the person I would want.

It’s all a breath of fresh air. Let’s hope he can deliver. If he does we will all look back at this share price with longing.

At the Annual General meeting the chairman said that quarterly trading updates will be issued to include sales in units and in £.

This update should be issued by 20th of month IMO so we look forward to sales figures by:

Over promising is never a good idea. Look where it has landed IMMU and Incanthera. Why does he do it? With IMMU he was boxed in by this promise of getting a deal this year. All companies had to do was wait and put price pressure on him for the prompt 2025 deal. He had no choice but to put out that press release and now promises early 2026 rather than as soon as possible!

I thought it was a good presentation and was struck by the confidence of the board. They were at no times defensive. They said "there is an opportunity to build a very, very big company here". The message was things are going well and a lot of exciting things are happening in the background. I also liked the happy interaction between shareholders and the board - to me this again reflected confidence of the board in that things are going well.

It was interesting to hear some shareholders experience in using the products. They said they had both seen benefits in healing skin after keratosis treatment. This has been my experience as well, its so good to try products of an investment and find that they do what they say they do and more!

Looking for downsides, marketing is not a company strength, oncology and development of medical and cosmetic products is. Sales figures may reflect this. But if they hit the sales of 100,000 units that they said they expect, than that would be really good.

At the upcoming AGM, the company’s looking for approval of the report and accounts, to appoint board members, and to get permission to issue new shares.

It’s quite possible they’ll also provide a trading or operational update around that time to reassure shareholders about progress — but right now, we simply don’t know.

Since the business has moved from developing pharma products to selling its own patented cosmetics, things should now be happening more quickly — and it feels like we’re due for a proper update.

It would be good to hear, for example:

• how sales of the Skin+Cell products are going so far

• how the marketing rollout is progressing, and what’s planned next

• what’s happening with the development of any new products

Because there hasn’t been any recent communication, it makes sense to ask for an update to be shared at the AGM. You can do this now by sending a quick message to tim.mccarthy@incanthera.com — it doesn’t matter how many shares you hold, and you don’t have to say how many you own.

If a few of us email, it’ll help show there’s genuine interest among shareholders and might encourage the company to be more open about progress.

TM stated that the company expects to sell the 100,000 products in his Proactive interview recently. He said there are 20,000 units of each of the five products. In mid-December we should get the interim results which will show the sales from 18 August to 30 September. Whilst the sales during this early period may be small, I hope TM will give a trading update with a sales to date figure in mid-December.

My conservative back of the envelope figures show a gross margin of 75% with post tax profits of £3.9m after corporation tax. But their broker's research note on 16.7.24 indicates tax losses means no corporation tax in the current financial year. If so, we would be looking at post tax profits of £5.2m. The current market cap is £4.5m !!! Surely they are not going to pay a dividend to us of more than the current market cap! No but hey ho.

So how much is this company worth? You could easily make the case for £45m for next March. But de-risking needs to happen - such an confirmation sales are on plan, expansion of marketing outlets, introduction of additional products and so on. I can't believe the price is only 4p.

Total sales for 6 months to 31.3.26 is £9m

Assume 5% postage, 15% commission for DTC company and 10% for other marketing expenses

Postage, DTC commission and other amount to £2.255m

Gross profit £6.745m

Gross margin 75%

Admin and other expenses £1.5m (from brokers report 16.7.24)

Profit before tax £5.245m

Current corporation tax 25% (conservative, disregarding any accumulated losses but brokers report dated 16.7.24 indicated that tax losses are at least £3m.)

Earnings per share for the six months to 31.3.26 is 2.85p

Peer group PE ratio was 28.3 per brokers report dated 16.7.24.

Valuation on assumed PE ratio of 15x for six months earnings of £3.933 is £59m.

Valuation on annualized earnings is £118m, giving an indication of what the valuation might be at 31.3.27 without any growth in sales.

A key risk is that the sales of 100,000 units may not be achieved.

There are other operational risks.

However, the risk reward ratio is something special, especially as the above figures are on the cautious side.

The company’s current market capitalization is £3.8m.

Expected post tax profits are £3.933m for six months.

The valuation here indicates a company value of £58m using a 15x PE value, giving a price per share of 42p (based on six months profits) or 84p on an annualised basis.

I do agree. I also liked "Incanthera remains dedicated to identifying and commercialising novel therapeutics, combined with uniquely targeted delivery technologies that show the potential to transform the future of healthcare". Given Tim McCarthy's achievements at IMMU, the prospects here may be much better than suggested by the share price. With a market cap of £4.1m, this has scope.

One thing I have noticed is that the special offer until the end of October for Face Cream for £40 is no longer there. I have wanted to try a product, and placed an order at £40. The interesting thing is the withdrawal of the special offer. Perhaps demand was too great. We all know the unique properties of the products.

I have just seen the videos on TikTok of the latest 3 influencers. I don’t know much about marketing and can only use my common sense but I will be most surprised if these influence the type of person (prepared to spend hundreds of pounds) who will buy the products. But what do I know! I would be reassured if I knew the company is using a top flight marketing company.
