fluids, Not only did each reservoir have helium shows in mud gas, in numerous cases exsolution bubbles with elevated

helium shows in mud gas while drilling, demonstrating high levels of gas saturation.

With helium measured in rift-related hot springs at up to 10.6% (versus 0.3% commercial cut off in onshore gas fields in

the USA), the Rukwa Basin alone has the potential to be the world’s third largest helium reserve behind USA and Qatar.

Looks rather good for Helium to have struck another Rukwa hotspot, with bonus Hydrogen credits......GLALTH

According to that across the pond article earlier, helium use in scanners is reducing and set for exponential increases in other and more widespread areas.

Still think HE1 , sp will rise like a Helium filled Balloon on successful test results.........GLALTH.

Dog of the decade UKOG went plink plink fizz , on the Horsehill UK discovery, before flying to 11p (yes whole pence) often the case, the expected rise does not happen from the get go, in its case, it flew after French Major Maurel Prom bought a very meaty £6 million worth of shares on the open market, 3 trades over 3 sessions , all reported 3 days late after hours, all at a premium of 20-25% to prevailing prices on those 3 days.

Held back for the big guy to get its fill, will not be surprised if HE1 declare a good discovery, if similar market antic's will also be in play here, held back for a price, not an sp chase initially, prior to a sector player declaring via TR1.......GLALTH

What would a major Helium/Hydrogen (the future) discovery, be worth to a Major full field developer, to kick HE1 to the kerb and bank all those future profits themselves. Even an early take out, would be many multiples of HE1's current market cap.......GLALTH.

As earlier, in this sector, its always about results, we only have a week to wait, tick tock...........

Far more telling on a potential success, was an article I read recently, it was looking out towards net zero and expected future domination of Blue/Green Hydrogen/Ammonia, with an expectation, around 47% of which would still be derived from Natural Gas sources, conventional drilling for helium/hydrogen, low carbon gas deposits , will not be going away , this century. As someone posted earlier, drill more wells, produce more gas.

Demand in computing, data centres and semiconductors is on the increase, and it will increase further with the boom in AI. Demand from the space industry is also likely to grow as space travel and satellite usage increase. For example, SpaceX is planning 40% more rocket launches this year than last. The generally accepted forecast is for a growth in helium demand of at least five percent per annum until 2032.

Scratch one off the list, missed this on the 15th, Santos Barossa - Darwin cleared by Australian courts to be built, Barossa and Evans Shoal (ENI) will as previously planned drain to Darwin, with Carbon/wastes Darwin-Bayu ouput line storage.

Now back to square one, will all roads lead to Beaco, from Timor Leste waters, Horta and Gusmao have always said NO

to all other options, was not Majors and Woodside stalling for two decades, so we still need to see a first ever YES to the industry for a plan other than their own, all Oil to Bettano , all Gas to Beaco.

Also hearing news announcement on Metinaro P.I.T is close, our best opportunity in the near term, Gas/LNG to P.I.T and onward to the 3 Island power stations, plus 90 day emergency storage, expected operational 5 years at least before Beaco, Sundagas FPSO plan, ideally suited to supply P.I.T on time, if drilling goes ahead this year. Had not noted it, at some point Abadi was taken over by INPEX 65% , it sits just above Santos/ENI Barossa and Evans Shoal fields, now to be fast tracked on behalf of Indonesia, so this says.

That could open a path for Santos/ENI to chat with Inpex about a JV hub for all 3 fields to the East of Sunrise, kill their court case blocking Barossa hub to Darwin, to currently idle Darwin facilities, leaving the Santos/ENI/Korean JV, looking for a new Hub to Darwin from their Exploration Areas R and P , either side of Chuditch, hmmmmm

How about , that consortium taking Chuditch , straight line pipeline , shallow waters all the way to Darwin, new flow for new input line to currently idle facilities, while they develop R, P and the wider area Chuditch leads, to follow it down the pipe.

All heating up, Inpex now active in the Eastern Timor Sea, Santos/eni/kor jv, need a new hub and pipe, Woodside mou with Japan (inpex on standby to assist) Sunrise /Hub decision pending this summer.

The Sharks are circling for more gas , our minnow, will be on the menu and we have not even mentioned, the possible Chinese Takeaway ! mou.

Woodside/Sunrise, Japan Government Bank, INPEX in wings if required, INPEX had part of Bayu, so would not rule out the possibility, that Woodside/INPEX consortium making a move on behalf of Japan's MOU for more Gas/lng fuel security, over the next 20-25 years.

Woodside for more gas/lng , with a promise of Japanese companies assistance if required (inpex etc) , more likely a new hub with a new pipe to Darwin/Timor leste or fpso/flng operations from anything much further East in Timor Leste or Indonesian/Australian Timor sea Eastern areas. Candidates

Sunrise (Woodside) , Chuditch , Kelp , other new finds (Santos/ENI) TL waters , Barossa , Evans Shoal Santos/ENI Australian waters and Shell consortium Abadi Indonesian waters just above Santos/ENI fields.

Timor Leste want its own HUB to Timor Leste . Santos/ENI want a new HUB to Darwin (Facilities Idle), INPEX want a new Western Ichthys train to Darwin, Japan want more Gas/LNG , mou with Woodside, offering Inpex other Japan support, China mou with Timor Leste, yet to declare, what will probably be, large scale intentions, two Middle East countries also made powerful statements of interest, one saying we will show the world what we can do.

Only a matter of time before someone makes a Major move on Timor Leste and its known and unknown gas volumes.
