Known transport links for oil and gas , are coast road from proposed Beaco site to Betano Oil refinery (condensate fm sunrise/troubadour other) and if Metinaro goes ahead, a major road has just been completed from North to South, which would supply Gas/LNG from Metinaro PIT to the 3rd Island power station at Betano, the other recently upgraded roads in the Dili district (met dili district) along the Northern Coast, would supply the nearby power station and the other in the North in the enclave of occusse, was in progress.

Now making preps , to use those new roads and Highway built by the Chinese under BRI level 1 , TL upgraded for more Infrastructure (bigger projects) construction and BRI Level 2.
