RE: Australia future needs12 Apr 2024 09:28
Another of Australia's large Gas fields, reporting coming towards the end of its life, after Albanase had all the big
boys in after coming to power, demanding increased production from fields off shore South and South East Australia, to
keep up with, the most populated Eastern coast cities demand, without affecting its leading position in the worlds
market place for Gas/LNG.
Caused conflict between the Government and Industry, as Albanase wanting increased domestic production, set to keep
climbing but with GREEN conditions attached, Sector rightly pointng out , new fields would be required and that means
carbon wastes , he can't have it both ways, even Meg did a rattle out of the pram speech, to her credit.
Leaving them the only real choice, of moving the carbon footprint on to others (Timor Leste for e.g.)
Now that would be some knock on the door , Woodside hand in hand with Exxon Mobil (Gippsland 50/50)
