Nice to see YU quiet and happily sitting on a solid bottom wait8ng to blow the ballast tanks.

Many holders here holding higher percentage of shares overall on portfolios (or all in like myself) coupled with wel over 50% in management hands.

There is no ramping or dersmping here .. just the bare facts that they made an accounting error, fixed the accounting error, said sorry (forgiven by FCA) no fines.. cash rich with no debt .. in a market which cannot decline .. as good times or bad all business needs electricity gas and water.

No brainier here .. recovery on the cards

Looking good this morning as ALL main four MM all on 175 bid (no downside) whereas offer has scope to rise 185 to 200.

This can only move up this morning on the stats offered.

My last week on holiday in Dominican so hoping to be well back in the mid 250 by Friday flight home.

We have solid foundation so any news as long as not bad news should trigger the proper rerate of this share.

Well .. since going against the grain and selling everything three weeks ago and putting all my holdings into YU have had a good week at the excellence el carmen (pints Cana) in Dominican without stress.

Was fed up with half holdings going up while the remainder went down and the reversing .. and. Ever making headway .. while stressing every day.

I’m all in here and staying all in .. with a view to exit 50% at £5 (money back) and hold for long term gains.

Here one more week and look forward to daily climbs while I sip on pina coladas ..

I don’t think realistically we can see £10 for a long time as damage was done .. but £5 in the bag of cash position increasing, new contracts are with better margins, and we near the end of the non profitable contracts that should be gone by year end.

All good for a very decent rerate

They have spelled it out .. proceeding to legal action .. reducing directors salaries .. very expensive legal costs ..

It’s time to sell and hold and buy back once placing out of way and legal case financed.

For those many holding at a loss it would make sense to sell and hold cash and wait for the costs of the litigation to be realised.

They will have to do a placing to raise funds for litigation and therefore the odds are 100 to 1 that will be opportunity after placing at some early date to buy back at a lower price and recover % of losses by buying back in lower than today.

If the succeed in legal challenge will be many many months if not years before cash realised.

WHY in GODS name did I sell these last week [[AHHHHHH)

Well finally some sunshine on the horizon and buyers are back

I foolishly sold my holdings at 20 (AHH) and have regretted it every day since.

But you have all got me to thank for this rise - as If I had not sold the share price would have fallen.

As a favour to mankind (WEll holders on here) I will resist buying back as that would immediately cause the share to crash.

So probably another 10 % gain tomorrow.

Have another £5k since then on top = and now at average 200

Happy to sit back for a few weeks for retrace to 400 plus (ANd recover 5 years of losses on AIM)

Today 75000 then 112000

Major error in RNS.

1. Total number of shares has stayed the same as per last RNS

2. Today says 75000 warrants exercised

3. Then says 112,000 shares to be issued

4. So 75000 becomes 112000 becomes zero effect

So RNS full of mistakes

Well we are on the bottom.

Now time to gently blow the ballast and have a slow unnoticed rise back to 200. .. then news to relate to 400 plus.

Sold out here at the low (Down 50%) - and moved to YU. Also sold BIDS, OPTI, SKIN etc and moved it ALL into YU just under £20k

So what happens - EVERYTHING I SOLD early last week is UP - and YU is down 40%

So now stuck in YU with 25% of what I started.
