As I stated last week, I sold pretty much everything across the board and bought YU.
Why - Well tired of making a loss on AIM, and decided that this looks right for a recovery with safe product (UK Energy), business clients , cash in bank (LOTS of cash) and FCA out of the way
So now my losing shares have just lost another 20 % or so - But I am not worried in the least and will recover during the week.
So now to relax till end of year - and look back on recovery to the plus £6 mark.
YEs - Sold EVR, OPTI, (Did I mention EVR) :) , Webbis, Etc (To all those who now want to make money now buy EVR, OPTO, WEBBIS etc (As they will go up just to annoy me now)
If you look back to preliminary results 15 March. Chairman statement on EU restrictions (single use) would have minimal effect as 85% business outside of EU .
So while good clarification on product ultimately EU relatively small market currently
So potentially whole new market to develope if single use legislation falls away entirely.
When the RNS first stated that collateral shares were being issued .. that had to be given back to the company on payment of loans, that’s all the shares were .. collateral.
What a bargain that all Lind had to do was wait for the share to go up and opt to buy them ... at .02 .. with no restriction on resale.
Got sucked in the game while in the states, (which was worse than AIM here) and good and bad decisions along the way.
What SUCKED here was the poster I mentioned used to message me privately and we ended up speaking on the phone and got sucked in. So my ‘investment., became so bad here that it would cost me money to pay the broker fee to sell almost.
So remains on my watch list as a reminder to not listen to anyone.
The RNS refers back to 26 April loan shark agreement .. For every £426000 Val receives they pay £92000 back immediately as an arrangement fee. (Re-read RNS of 26 April)
So the loan sharks receive interest in advance of .... over 20 percent as a arrangement fee.
Plus warrants and other BS designed to cripple shareholders and keep the SP in the dark ages
And then we enter int a JV .. with a affiliate of the same loan sharks .. proudly acknowledging the fact that the predecessor from where the intellectual property assets came (despite being listed) went into insolvency.
