Trying to take legal action is like trying to make the pain of what has happened last longer.
Who are you going to sue? The company is no longer / and dont waste your time and energy (Or hopes) on chasing nothing.
It is a matter of law - Shareholders are last in line when splitting assets in a company that goes into liquidation - and you (and sadly I) have no rights to say otherwise.
Better to invest your energy into researching alternative plays.
Good luck in the future (I lost £5K - but it is what it is)
CINE is now in the final stages of a long and unsightly death and it beggars belief that there continues to be people buying this share that presumably CAN speak English (They opened a trading account) and yet cannot understand the REPEATED message to shareholders that there is NOTHING and will be NOTHING left for them.
The second coming from the Bible has more chance of being tomorrow than this share ever giving back a penny to anyone.
Its time to do the NIKE and RUN
Some people LIKE toast
Following the Annual General Meeting of TUI AG (the Company) held on 14 February 2023, the Company announces that the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting seeking approval by its shareholders of, among other matters, (i) the reduction of its share capital by means of the redemption of three shares by the Company, (ii) the reduction of its share capital by a consolidation of shares in the ratio of........TEN TO ONE ..... and (iii) the associated amendments to the Company’s articles of association were duly passed.
I’m asking now lol :)
Cineworld filed for bancruptcy - Nothing changed
Judge ensuring CINE keeps trading (Why - to preserve the core asset for the CREDITORS)
Shareholders are not CREDITORS
Cine still being delisted of indices next week
NOTHING has changed
A loss is a loss - accept it and walk away. It does NOT make any sense to put further funds in a stock that is so incedibly at risk of imminent sus[ension.
Of course you could sell on a rise and then but back on the fall and repeat and rinse and so on (Selling at 10% rise 6 times will in fact double what you start with) - So as this may well be tradable for a few more days/weeks there will be opportunities aplenty for the 10% rise and fall
However, equally you could go to the Casino (Milton keynes/London) and watch a roulette table and wait for a run of red or black to come 6 times in a row and then play the next colour with half your investment and if yiou lose play it again (Same risk as Cine right now- Just quicker pain/ and a bar nearby that you can drown sorrys or celebrate the win)
Good luck with your decision
4.17 Deletions
A stock will be deleted as a constituent if it is delisted from all eligible exchanges. A stock will be
deleted if FTSE Russell becomes aware (in its country of its assigned nationality) that it has become
bankrupt, has filed for bankruptcy protection, enters administration, is insolvent or is liquidated,
converts into an ineligible corporate structure or where evidence of a change in circumstances
makes it ineligible for index inclusion. The stock will only be re-considered for index eligibility after a
period of 12 months from its deletion. For the purposes of index eligibility, it will be treated as a new
issue.
For example, if FTSE Russell becomes aware that a U.S. company has filed for Chapter 7
bankruptcy, Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, or a liquidation plan, it will be removed from the FTSE
Russell indices at the time of filing. Similarly, if a UK company has moved into administration or has
been declared insolvent, it will be removed with notice. If a constituent is being removed pursuant to
rule 4.17 and is not trading, FTSE Russell will remove the stock at a nominal price of 0.0001. If a
price on an ineligible market (e.g. OTC) is available, the constituent may be removed using this
price.
Within the Russell US and derived indices, a company emerging from Bankruptcy protection or
insolvency will be re-considered for index inclusion at the next annual reconstitution (i.e. there will be
no 12 month exclusion).
A stock will also be deleted if FTSE Russell becomes aware (at a quarterly review) that the price of
an existing constituent is considered reaching its minimum permissible trade price. The constituent
will be removed from the index in line with the review subject to it still being at the minimum
permissible trade price up to the start of the quarterly review lock down period.

If you wife married you = she loved you and from your message you have lost alot. There are many out there today who will have lost thousands as I did (and have previousy) But you CAN recover - no matter what.
But we only have one life to live / and if you placed a pile of cash on one side of a scale and you on the other and asked yoru wife to choose she will undoubtadly choose you.
Yes she may be mad (VERY mad) for a long time but the end of the day you are married to her, and you have your life ahead, and while you may have to re-evaluate your retirement you will be re-evaluating with her.
No one wants to be alone / and certainly you do not want to believe that you have failed - it is CINEWORLD that has failed - but there can be and is so many more possibilities waiting arround the corner.
Stay away from the stock market / evaluate your losses, and stay safe.
Best wishes
So much BS today and yesterday on here - Going UP going DOWN
I had £8000 at average of £1 (OUCH) and watched it drop to 20p. I ALSO was a holder of the covited Black Unlimited card and I remained stoic throughout Covid/ kept my card even though walking out of Bullet Train / and then cancelled unlimited three weeks ago as simply NOTHING to watch. SALDY - I did NOT sell CINE
When the proverbial stuff hit the fan I sold at 13 and simply walked away losing £6K - as the stress of holding any further in the hopes of (???) looks bleak.
It is nothing short of criminal now for the continued posts about BUY NOW/ Its going BOOM (The only BOOM may be a missile that is on a downward trgectory to the eventual egg timer running out of time on the debts coupled with the crushing pressure storm of the court case.
Wish all holders/ sellers/buyers/ good fortune and sorry for those like me that have suffered significant losses. But I am feeling POORER (Yes) But 100% less stressed now that Im out.
See this paragraph from RNS below - So not only does this work on FROZEN plasmas - but also works where the LEADING ANTIBODY system does not
The Parsortix system was selected for its ability to harvest CTCs from mesenchymal tumours, such as sarcoma, and CTCs that have undergone epithelial to mesenchymal transition, as may occur in NSCLC. This is clinically relevant because, although the transition to a mesenchymal phenotype is associated with increased metastatic potential and worse prognosis, many CTC isolation methods, including the LEADING ANTIBIDY-BASED SYSTEM only identify cells expressing epithelial marker
ANGLE plc (AIM:AGL OTCQX:ANPCY), a world-leading liquid biopsy company, is pleased to announce that a leading cancer research institute, Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, Milan, Italy, has published results of work undertaken in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and sarcoma patients. The institute demonstrated that the Parsortix® system could successfully isolate circulating tumour cells (CTCs) from frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) samples. PBMC samples contain any blood cell with a nucleus, including white blood cells and CTCs, but has been depleted of red blood cells which do not have a nucleus. The potential ability to process frozen samples could allow for retrospective analyses and improve sample sharing capabilities in multicentre studies.
Isolated CTCs were stained to assess phenotype and identify CTCs for single cell retrieval, followed by low-pass copy number analysis through whole genome sequencing. In addition, CTCs were analysed for clinically actionable mutations by digital PCR.
The Parsortix system was selected for its ability to harvest CTCs from mesenchymal tumours, such as sarcoma, and CTCs that have undergone epithelial to mesenchymal transition, as may occur in NSCLC. This is clinically relevant because, although the transition to a mesenchymal phenotype is associated with increased metastatic potential and worse prognosis, many CTC isolation methods, including the leading antibody-based system, only identify cells expressing epithelial markers.
CTCs could be isolated with the same efficiency from both fresh blood samples and frozen PBMCs. Subsequent automated single-CTC retrieval allowed the authors to identify CTCs based on their abnormal DNA copy number profiles, of which a similar number of CTCs were identified in both fresh and frozen samples. Long-term freezing of samples (1-3yrs), from NSCLC patients, had no detrimental effect on CTC isolation or identification. This study also showed that the majority of CTCs isolated were non-epithelial, further highlighting the importance of marker-independent CTC isolation.
Importantly, CTCs isolated from frozen NSCLC patient PBMCs using the Parsortix system were analysed for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations, with results showing good concordance with the primary tissue. Analysis and the potential to track druggable mutations, such as EGFR, in CTCs from frozen PBMC samples over multiple time points may help inform treatment decisions and investigate therapy response in the clinical setting, in a retrospective manner.
Dr Giulia Bertolini and Dr Vera Cappelletti, Department of Experimental Oncology, National Cancer Institute of Milan, commented:
"This study demonstrates the feasibility of CTC analyses in cryopreserved PBMCs and represents an advance in blood sample management for CTC studies, allowing for a better selection of informative time points to longitudinally investigate tumor pr
Do we get another RNS on what happens to the £800000
Remember they raised fresh £4 mill from new source specifically to settle Atlas
Do they now keep the new 4 mill plus the returned £800000
Why in RNS are they getting undertaking from Atlas not to issue any further conversions. Surely Atlas our out or are they?
New RNS on tailings is as weak an attempt as I have ever seen to try and soften the blow to the actual RNS of the day. There is no legal rights behind memorandum of undertaking and anyone looking to colonise Mars contact me and I will enter into a memorandum of undertaking to provide the grass. To be planted around the houses once they are built
Hopeless
