My concern is that the agreement between Avacta and Medusa 19 was giving Medusa the retail rights (i.e. to sel to Joe Public)

Unfortunately that means that they do NOT have any rights to sell Avacta test once ready - direct to Industry - including Government / NHS etc

So if they are registered now as a official supplier = it means some other products unrelated to Avacta.

When/if it comes - it will be direct Avacta to Government contracts

I am currently NOT holding - but just like 'Who wants to be a millionaire' the contestant always wants to know what WOULD have been - so im here watching for now

· Avacta has already put in place one distribution partner for the direct-to-consumer market (Medusa19) and will put in place additional distribution partners for the healthcare professional/work-force testing markets, as well as OEM partnerships in order to maximise the commercial opportunity.

· Given the expected volume of sales for COVID-19 antigen testing products the potential revenue stream has the potential to be transformational for Avacta.

I have emailed BSI this morning and messaged them.

Its not that I dont TRUST anyone here - but a second confirmation of what was posted would be nice.

Well - I placed a stop loss last night when having a moment of stress - and put it in for my entire holding at £255

I then sat and watched the open from 8.30 to 9.30 AM and had to go work so CANCELLED the stop losses

Oh My GOD - Looking at the chart today the MM dropped the SP for a few minutes to arround 154 and then back up = If my stop loss was still therre I would have been one of the victims

Unbelivably obvious when MM drop a cravase like that for a few minutes - as they can SEE the Stop Losses and go in for a Land Grab.

So glad I cancelled the stop losses

Given that business activity takes place during business hours... the likelihood therefore that a development / procedural milestone is reached is likely to be during business hours.

Therefore there is an overwhelming likelihood that as soon as such news is confirmed to the company that a RNS would be released immediately, which can be anytime during trading hours.

Some of the BIGGEST and craziest spikes on AIM occur on Intraday RNS.

I will be watching tightly from around 2 pm to 4 pm..
