Atlas have been converting at .027 per share.
By refinancing to pay of Atlas the new deal has been at .07 per share ( So Vast needed to issue less than HALF the number of shares to settle Atlas, as against the position if Atlas had continued converting.

BUT - then comes the question of the RNS this morning.

The wording was clear (Not in discussion/ not proposing / not considering - But CLEAR that ATLAS HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL.)

So that brings this down to only two possibilities now.

1. THe RNS lied this morning and the deal had NOT been completed (or)

2. The attempt to convert this morning by ATlas was sent before the receipt of payment

So THAT then brings the question of:

a) Was the decision to convert by Atlas made PRIOR to receiving funds to the account - in which case the deal can be legally binding and VAST have to issue the shares (OR)

b) Was the decision to convert by ATLAS made at the sane time as funds to the account (Then the propsect of legal action as to their rights to convert etc)

c) Was the decision to convert by ATLAS made after funds paid to the account (In which case the debt was paid - AS LONG as thee was a provision ALLOWING the repayment (Just becuase you pay money into someones account does not necessarily mean that the debt is repaid if there is anything in the agreement preventing that earlu repayment)

Lets say that VAST were able to pay the debt in full - One would PRESUME that prior to transferring such a HUGE amount of money you would alert the other side that you are making this payment ????

All smells and this is the last time I will go near a company that has any history with Atlas.

One thing is for sure - volatility is here to stay as is money making opportunities

Never too late …. Either buy more to average down,mor use the existing shares..sell if you think dropping (even 1%) and then re buy later in day at the lower price… you now have more shares that when you started and have lowered your average accordingly.

It’s never too late .. unless a share gets delisted.

I agree … but the sad thing is as you say ‘shortly’ which hopefully is days/weeks.

BUT unfortunately the stress that the Government has caused to the company means when/if/soon/tomorrow/next year etc it is paid, we now have an extra 30% more shares due to waiting with the effect that the 8 million in reality to individual shareholders will have a more £5.6 million effect.

Exactly .., my point … they might NOT raise £6 million …but they have already stated that they will SPEND £6 million.

So either they ARE raising £6 million…or if not they will NOT a have a budget for R and R

The RNS appears to be deliberately written to confuse as..

1. They are raising £6 million. (See further in RNS 2.7 on capital plus .300 and then a further £3 on research…

2. The wording says not LESS than .. why because they are issuing MORE a than.

3. It’s not 14% but more like 30%

Ignore anything saying not MORE than and then add yourself the figures where they are spending the money and ….oh hell … it’s £6 million.

Very poor in my view for company to say a lower figure hiding under .. not LESS .. but then state how they will spend the MUCH more £6 million..

On a day where the (financial) world looks like dooms day the fact that NYCT was approved today means that the applications are being worked through and decision therefore imminent as Avacta ALSO applied prior to deadline.

The fact that we are flat and NOT down on a day where it is red across the board BUT for NYCT speaks volumes, and once the Avacta approval follows will far surpass any gains being made by NYCT.

I have NOT said that the test will fail - I sincerely hope that it is fantastic and will end this impossible to beat pandemic.

ALL I have said is not to read too much into Medusa being a supplier to UK Government as AVACTA kept the commercial rights to themselves - so that WHEN the test is ready = AVACTA will get ALL the cake AND the crumbs - and not give away crumbs to MEdusa

However - from a business perspective and having such high caliber in house staff - AVACTA can do their own contracts directly with Government (And I would pray that they did) as there would be serious eyebrows raised by EVERYONE invested - why Avacta would give away a percentage of a contract to a third party that they could do directly

The test IS THERE - We all know that - The test just has to be completed and the best there is - and then AVACTA will sell DIRECTLY to Government - All Governments - ONCE the (THE ) test is done

But Medusa will NOT be the one getting the contract to UK Government as a third party
