At the lower SP - now with blue on day three - should bring investors back in that will see the value - and as the next expected RNS is September, will attract more longer term holders (Day traders will be gone as there will be nothing happening here (Apart from of course more buying that could happen from the BOD - fingers crossed)

All good - and we should be back close to £2 before September accounts, and hopefully with a further positive update to the future.

Morning all - Last post now until September - Breaking the AIM habits of 6.55 am wake up - as now know all investment tucked away here for long haul.

September will be a repeat of today (Plus maybe more cash than expected) but it will only be next year now that the value is release (Unless a takeover bid before then)

So for now - screen off till September as dont want to trade this.

As for todays drop - buy on rumour (RNS coming) sell on news - Exactly what we are seeing.

Problem is the RNS at that time states .. signed a comprehensive contract ... so likely that can be a financial fallout (breach of contract) and more lawsuits this time against the company unless the ‘comprehensive contract’ had a get out without penalty clause.

The MM control the Bid and ASK that they show on L2.

But in reality that is not necessarily the price that they are buying or selling at.

There is a big variance in the BID price between the four top MM (Arround 20 p difference) and so 'BUYS' through MM that are on a LOWER BID - will show as a ell (As the price is struck at a lower than the average between the HIGHEST MM BID and the HIGHEST MM ASK)

But ALL MM are actively dealing (Buying and selling)

Red and Blue is only a indication - never a certainty as to the trade itself

All good - Just some sellers who expected news AM

Back to solid support

Some bought leading up to Friday to see if news today - There was not - so moved off to gamble on something else

WHY should update come early - No reason at all - Company said will update end of July so its coming

Price will creep back up leading to Friday

Remember that this is a WAR - One side want the price to drop to BUY at the lower price - so their interest is BLAH BLAH BLAH (Doom invaders)

The other side want the price to RISE so they can SELL (or feel better that they are making paper profit)

Still more will tell you ANYTHING that they can to STOP you selling - as they want to sell themselves and are trying to prevent the share price falling before they sell.

Still more will tell you ANYTHING to put doubt in your mind - like a virus. (Since yesterday the virus is a unsecured debt - SO WHAT for &^%&^% sake ... We KNOW that the company had FSA issues (resolveed) we KNOW that there were some troublesome contracts (And will be shot of them by end of 2019) and we KNOW that EVERY SINGLE company has some bad debts - it is part of life itself.

However, CEO bought MORE - CEO holds well above 50% - Most shares held at higher entry prices - AND CASH in the bank.

You have all come so far in holding your nerve - This is WARFARE and the people now throwing doubt want to buy your shares when you sell cheap - as they know the value of this company going forward

HOLD AND RESIST

For anyone that has followed my previous posts - I am ALL IN here - that means I hold NO other share

Why

Because for FIVE years I was like a multi complex with half the lifts going up and half down - with a net profit of ZERO.

This is a UK company, selling electricity and gas and water (The only company to add water together with electricity and gas), with the main man owning well over 50% of the company.

THe price is below the IPO , there is cash in the bank - and the accounting lessons have been learned (AND THE FCA have accepted that with no further action)

The price is 450% LOWER than its highs - and they have accepted that some past contracts had margins that were too low - which will all be contracts that will have ended by the end of this year - again with lessons learned. (And a promise to take less contracts at higher margins)

The price drop is simply because some people think that they are at the roulette table - but this is no casino - I believe that the risk is gone and this will only go one way.

I am happy to wait for a year or 18 months to recover what i lost in five years - and believe that I will do so my simply holding on

I may be proved wrong - but I HOPE and believe that I am right

Well I lost a sh#% load on Debenhams. Not as much as SD investment. Since then SD has been active with share buyback in my opinion to prop up SP and overlook huge loss

Meant might end 1% down TODAY, but spike will be +70% when the news drops - and 70% on current SP is circa £3

Its one hour to close - its FRIDAY - Monday is the 15 July
We KNOW that update by end of July
We KNOW that on update this will spike (Last two spikes were 70 % each - So looking for initial spike in that region)
If RNS monday morning then those not in will miss boat (or is it rocketship)
We might end 1% down - but doubt much more than that - end of the day will tell
