Found the article Ruck et al..thanks. I'm going to quote from the authors last post in Oct 2023. The author talks of a shrinking of only 1-2 mm post scans in Aug / Oct 2023 and a tumor size of 23mm. Reading between the lines there was naturally disappointment at the rate of shrinkage.

Now...in the latest post.. as Konar states..the author uses the term "dramatic response ".

It would appear alot has happened since Oct 23 🤔🤞

I had a CT scan in August. The results were a shrinkage of 1mm to the primary tumour., categorized as inconclusive. 1mm is within measurement error margins and we don’t know whether this is attributable to the continued response to the nivolumab or the modi-1 injection, or both.

The next scan was the beginning of October. The results are the same – another shrinkage of 1-2mm to 23mm. It’s clear now that we’re not going to get any significant shrinkage attributable to Modi-1. That doesn’t mean to say that there aren’t long term benefits for other metrics, like overall survival (yes please)!

Yes, excellent points Moonparty...and to add... we are currently well funded at the moment.

I think a move to the Nasdaq would certainly re-evaluate the share and potentially make fundraising easier for further projects.

Ruck... true...why sell after all this time if you didn't have to, especially with trial results this year looking so promising...but my target is now 50p . At some point even LTHs are forced out !

Cleanerworld... those are eye watering figures indeed..... makes one wonder why on earth one of those companies don't snap up Scancell while we are sitting at a miserable sub 100m market capital. It would certainly help some to "leapfrog" development. We wait and see ...

So if options have been redeemed...why ? unless they are near expiry or is it to do with the tax year ending?

Chester, if there's no movement in the SP post LDs presentation in early April....perhaps we need to consider that there's no interest ....and majors are happy to plod along with their own programmes.

Either way... I see no SP improvements until we receive a potential bid. The sp history tells us this ..we have only been rewarded with dilution in return for all the clinical progress so far. Scancell have strengthened management recently to match the trial timescales for results...so we live in continuous hope, but why a major doesn't snap up a product like Avivimab simply as an "insurance " to prevent a rival....I just don't understand.

Bob, I wish Scancell could attract such a figure ...we must have something to attract a major 🤔

Why state it as preclinical when it was used in the Covidity trial ???

Nothing about Covidity in page 17 where Avivimab is presented.

Chester, you would certainly think that some pharma may / should be interested in the product. Was there not talk of it being able to extend patents? Is there any hint from Scancell that Avivimab is being evaluated ?
