Good morning Dracula , we can only go on what Scancell has told us . We are now in H2 / Q3 of the financial year . I would hope late Q3 or in Q4 ( Oct Nov Dec ) but who really knows when the data is both complete and statistically analysed,

It was remarkable Scancell , listed on Aim, received the attention of Redmile . Let's hope afew pharmas look in this direction after the SCOPE results!!!

Chippyjo, the strike price of the bonds is 13p and as Redmile would be well over 30% ...they would have to make a bid . Even if Scancell could pay off the bonds Redmile have the absolute right to convert anytime from now until 2027 .

It concerns me Redmile will take control...pay existing shareholders a fraction of true value and sell on at a premium??

So... positive for short term cash flow... but the potential convertion into shares @13p before 2027...is this good 🤔. Results of the SCOPE are hopfully within the next few months and if positive would not Redmile convert ..go over the 30% ...and be "forced" to bid in affect getting control of the company for 13p ???

Thanks Ray ..... read your link. It sounded promising but as you say 8 years is a long time and I guess unfortunately either immunobody failed in this application...or it showed promise and nothing has developed further. Who knows ???

If i remember was Scancell once linked with a university or company researcing into a treatment for Glioblastoma ??

Thanks Drac , just a question of when to anticipate the lowest level to place a deal. A penny either side of 10p doesn't sound much , especially when we receive our 50p + bid 🤞... but on this final deal to lower my average...I want a "psychological win" if you understand my reasoning.

Drac.... changed my thinking completely. I have come to the conclusion retail investors in Sclp will not be our saviours. A knock out bid is the answer which I'm incredibly confident will occur.... and it will meet or more likely exceed my 50p target.

My only concern re the recent frequent seller is that I am trying to lower my average as much as possible with my next purchase. If the SP drops alittle due to the sellers action then I will make my purchase .
