Researcher, ....my personal target is 50p but I really hope you guys have the time to see Scancell well beyond 50p 🙂.

Burble, not totally sure, but other companies have bought up "shell" companies listed on the Nasdaq and gained a listing that way, but doing it this way does not raise new capital..... so I guess we would receive a "share" like for like.

The other way is for a completely new listing on Nasdaq but Scancell could set the price at say $10 a share ...this would raise instant capital. I guess our UK shares would be consolidated to the $10 ??? ..and we would not need to buy on the Nasdaq at the listing. I assume Redmile would " do the rounds" to ensure bookbuilding and underwriting the offer.

This is my very basic understanding and stant to be corrected.

Excellent thought and its similar to what Scancell announced earlier....telling us that they were to concentrate on only Scib and Moditope. But if it could be an extensive review with more meat on the bones it would certainly be a "for sale " sign in the front window.

AB124, Scancell was always was going to need more funding unless we receive a bid before hand. Even if we get another mAb deal ....if its on par with last time...it won't cover the cost of trials.

My take on Redmile joining the Board at this point, is either to sell Scancell, of take us to the Nasdaq before the next round of funding is required.

Is the welcome the raise today from the Daily Mail article or the RNS ... a combination of both I would guess. Wonder what prompted the DM to do a write up on Scancell.

Talestock, I recently added more to lower my average . I just cant see how Scancell will not achieve more mAbs deals .... and achieve an offer for the immunobody platform once the SCOPE trial provides more data. The recent glioblastoma paper was very interesting .

One day we will get the deal we all hope for !!

If a major bids now for the whole company , they could get Scancell far cheaper than waiting for the Moditope trial to complete .

Thank you for your posts re the time scales of the trials etc . I always enjoy reading them .

Hi Moonparty, it's a shame Calculus is the overhang but I see your logic in them selling and as you say... its no reflection on Scancell. I keep trying not to look at the SP 😖

Unfortunately Jackdaw, the SP is drifting down so recentely there must be more sells than buys. Very disappointed we are under 10p on the bid again. I know we have Redmile and Vulps, but it's a shame Scancell is overlooked by the many health funds / investment trusts. It works be nice to see one of these building a position.

This stood out for me ....and what many on this Scancell forum have been saying for years. Hopefully we will soon prove the science whenever the data is ready to be released. I guess whenever it's statistally proven and this may be before the stated target of 130 (?) patients are recruited and treated.

Balerno2, yes , certainly agree. Surely Scancell couldn't churn out the same old data presented at the recent conferences. Attendees would want a refund 🤣. So with luck new data before this conference . After all these years only weeks away ... why would Calculus sell now when all the indications are the data will hopefully be positive . Nothing guaranteed...but the mood music is good !
