If you look at the AGM slides, it clearly states that the signing of the Tripartite contract is a forward looking statement, something that HM can distance himself from when it doesn't happen, which it hasn't.

The drivers for MSAR and BIOMSAR have only got better over time.

At one point QED dismissed or didn't take seriously enough the environmental aspects of the fuels, mainly focusing on the financial, so when investors started to suggest a BioFuel MSAR variant it at first wasn't taken seriously.

Since then the Financials, the Environmentals, Diesel crises, EU/ETS carbon pricing have all lined up to give QED its best chance ever.

We can only hope its the Xmas hols which has delayed the news, if we get to the end of Jan and still nothing, serious questions need to be asked.

I have always supported QED in fund raises, have held every share and never traded, because like I said I'm not that good.

It's people listening to TurdStock who are doing themselves a dis-service, IT thinks everybody is a de-ramper, trader, looking for a lower exit point etc etc, when we are merely just concerned about the news we are being fed at odds with the reality.

When news drops, I will be ecstatic, but a good investor doesn't just take things at face value and believes everything he is told until it actually comes true.

Hopefully the Xmas period has been the holdup. If it hadn't been signed by the 21st, it was never gonna be signed till all concerned parties return after Xmas...so hopefully next week.

If not next week then questions need to be asked about the discrepancy between what is being said and what is actually happening and how serious the parties outside of QED and MSC are about this enterprise.

What is the tipping point, that gets these parties to actually put electronic pen to electronic paper, the EU/ETS alone should be an incentive, never mind the cost savings over and above those other green fuels being championed.

A lot of this is out of JM's hand I accept that, what I don't accept is the continual alluding to when things are going to happen, then they don't and we all end up, waiting till the next snippet of news.

This tripartite agreement needs to be signed within the nxt 2 weeks if its to be taken seriously by the market for the forthcoming fund raise which is inevitably coming.

So once again, the apologists accept without question, the rhetoric spewed out and no culpability for the statement made by JM that those contracts would be signed in December.

They've been trying to expedite it for months, and this once again suggests what was said, was what people wanted to hear and give the board an easy ride at the AGM.

Sorry wrong thread, I don't expect anything in Morocco till later on in Q1, around March I would hazard a guess.

Specifically stated that the contracts would be signed in December and as you get to see the kind of people we are working with etc etc etc.

It's gonna be at least mid January and a fund raise will come on the back of it. Wait till everybody gets back after Xmas.
