You have to ask the question : Why has the SP, held up remarkably well as it has on lack of news which in any other circumstances would have made us suffer the death of a thousand cuts of daily declines in SP, that hasn't happened.

IWe are now entering February , the Coffers are severly depleted resulting in another funding.

To get a decent amount the SP can't drift down otherwise we are looking at another fund raise at a ldiscount The SP hasn't drifted down.

Is it being kept in equilibrium because news is expected soon, Giving is a base for a re-rate upon news.

Idle speculation. But its unusual that despite the delay the SP has been fairly buoyant.

If the trial is to start in Q2, then at this point it doesn't affect the trial as such, provided they get it dry docked and upgraded b4 the trial starts. So really depends on how serious they are about the trial or is the red sea situation of such magnitude that they can't get the ship dry docked or won't get the ship dry docked because they need every ship available for the buisness.

Once again events taking its toll on the absolute glacial way these entities operate.

Why would they need to dry Dock it again for preparation, thought that had already been done in China, if it has to be dry docked again, then we really are screwed on timelines.

You look at all the metrics in our favour, the Economics, Environmentals and now the Geopolitical, its truly amazing at the glacial pace that all projects are taking to advance.

The red sea situation for me advances regular standard MSAR as a workhorse fuel over and above BioMsar and should have been adopted a long time ago.

That's the trouble with these shipping companies, they are reactive instead of Proactive and get caught out time and again by unforseen events, which in turn causes them to lose a boatload of money.

This and this alone, should be catalyst enough to get this damned thing moving, never mind the cost savings.

There has been plenty of posts over the years AKHM, I suggest you Google them and see the raft of trials and what they are achieving with their Biofuel.

And like I said even though they are strictly not a direct competitor ( I.e Emulsion fuels). Their ability to forge multiple partnerships and schedule and get trials done is something to be admired.

And since they use components such as FME etc that QED are now testing, a strategic partnership with them would be a good thing.

The impression that comes across-the-board from all projects is not one of urgency, despite all the climate change rhetoric. It seems to be a case of " Meh, we'll get round to it eventually. Again why is it that the likes of Goodfuels consistently get trials scheduled and completed in quick order, while we have to jump through every hoop and tick every box.

Even though the likes of Goodfuels and SulNox are not direct competition, it's the sheer fact we are watching these companies actually making physical progress while all we have done is talk about how wonderful fuel is and how much of an impact it will make.

Talk is cheap and is getting cheaper as the years go by. People are so balls deep in this share they are scared to make any criticism or point out any short comings just in case they happen to be true.

Between now and March is the critical moment for all of us.

In this quarter we need concrete positive news on all 3 fronts, because if a fund raise is in the pipeline and we are still getting wishy washy news, I for one will not put another penny into the company.

Personally outside of Morocco, MSC and Valkor, I don't put much stock into any other project, just noise without substance.

Funny how the Caribbean refinery has dropped off the radar to be replaced by the South East Asian one.

Nope, not saying that at all. But the devil is in the detail so they say and details with lawyers take time.

Let's face it, anybody who has had any dealings with Lawyers and administration knows that these things never happen quickly, so prepare for another extended wait, while the draft copy is picked over, before the final draft is signed off.

Uncertainty due to missed timelines and news vacuums, allow uncertainty and doubt to creep in, especially when a lot of people have put so much into QED financially and emotionally.

I personally took it as if we don't get Valkor funding, but if a fund raise was announced on the back of tripartite agreements, I think there would be a good uptake, as there is now clarity, and a degree of hope in knowing that everyone is seriously committed and that both fuels will prove all along what we know....they are the real deal and MSC will in all likely want them....as will other interested parties.

Good news indeed. Hopefully this is our minor glitch for the year and we can continue forth, and successfully reap which we've all been patiently ( or impatiently ) waiting for, for many years.

I suppose the road to riches, really are never smooth.

I agree with most of your points, lots of bumps along the way I agree and cause fir revision, but I totally disagree with a CEO who continues to proffer forecasts of news and news which people have probably taken financial decisions on and then those forecasts and deadlines sail past and excuses are made for poor communication.

He panders to those who want to hear what they want to hear, if these negotiations start to roll into Feb are people still going to be as understanding.

Anyway, nothing other to do other than sit back and chill into yet another year of waiting for our momentous moment.

You have to ask yourself, what made JM so confident as to repeatedly say that the Agreements would be signed in December and here we are in January amongst this deathly quiet. Once again statements are made, don't happen and for a lot of investors, excuses made, and understanding applied to the blatant BS, coming time and again from QED. Rinse and repeat with every project.

It seems these questions are not that important to most, we'll just sit back and wait till 2025 for BioMsar Zero and its 250x uplift apparently.

As much as they talk about urgency, they aren't that urgent, it's buisness as usual.
