Going for my allocation, just like Simply Red says, Money's to tight to mention for any more and I just hate to sell, so it's new money going in for me.

I've always maintained that QED could easily raise the cash it needed via a quick placing and had no need to do an open offer after the last one was under subscribed. Today's RNS proves me right. The open offer is just JM being nice to PI's, although I'd have said sod them and just raised the lot via placing, as the last open offer demonstrated clearly that not enough PI's can be relied upon to back the company when they are needed to. I'm glad they have the placing cash, meaning there is no longer a risk to MSC, Morocco or Valkor, the rest is as I said, a bonus

Talk about being honest, who does this remind you of. Who all along has continually said this on this forum and yet no matter how much evidence is supplied that these two cretins are one and the same, he is still tolerated as being genuine....and he has the temerity to say as long as its honest. On that I can believe JM, why would Cargill/MSC invest in a product that hasn't put in the miles and been proven and got the all precious LONO, so I dont believe that they will take a stake in QED. As always we are in a precarious position, right at the last moment being toyed with Mega Corporations who would cut off their nose to spite their face over a fuel million that could potentially save them hundreds of millions.

There is no way in hell these contracts could or would have been signed in December, which again leaves a bad taste from my point of view.

Whether this is just down to the Legals getting bogged down in the minutiae or some sticking point between MSC and Cargill is anyones guess.

But the funding issue aint going away any time soon.
