We're expected to undertake some workovers at both NT2 and NT1, which hopefully will get those flow rates back to 'normalised' levels. And if we don't muck up NT3, that could double it again. That's what we're all here for. Would love to see more analysis on the wider Ntorya fan, to get a sense of how many rigs we could put up and start assessing potential full field flow rates. Local demand won't grow fast enough to match it, but once those fertiliser plants, Chinese factoies, and regional East African electrical grids are up in the next 3 years, demand will soar.

And in Morocco when you're selling gas to industrial clients at nearly $13 per mmcf (at a cost of less than $1), the overall volume starts to matter a bit less. In TZ, we'll have to sell 4x as much volume to TPDC to make the same profit. It's interesting comparing the economics across countries.

That's only Morocco. They're producing 4,000+ bopd across their acreage (ie, Egypt), at a cost of $10/barrel.

cp, is off topic, so apols to all, but SDX has more than just funding (aside from $30m+ in the bank). Is generating $4m cash flow per month, which is expected to double by year-end, while still in the middle of a massive drill campaign. Despite that has a market cap only 30% than ours (though the spread is increasing daily). We'll get there, but they're at a different stage in their business cycle. Like a real company, they have, and are making good money.

Something must've leaked Friday afternoon Toronto time, as this find would explain their end of day jump. Should climb more there today. We'll have a lot of catching up to do on Tuesday. Hopefully is the start of a proper re-rate. Paul would do well to summarise the value of the discoveries from the last few months. This should easily be a £200m+ m/c company now, which should also then attract a new level of inst. investors.

John, I hope you do exceptionally well on your investment. Averaging down over the years is how many of us on this Board have ended up with such an absurd number of shares.

It's mgmt that are guilty of short-termism here. They raise money every month or two, including twice in the last 5 weeks, telling the market they raise 'just enough to meet immediate needs.' The problem is, where does it end? I've been in an out a few times based on valuation, but I've gotten gun-shy, worried that another discounted cash raise could be announced any week, any day. I need mgmt to at least say they have enough cash to meet foreseeable 'medium term' needs before jumping back in. It's the downside to having such a diverse set of assets - they all need funding!

I'd take a one-day +150% jump in sp. We just need to sign an exclusivity deal with a major to develop SWP. Stranger things have happened!

No kidding. Been nearly a month! I could've sailed over with my heating lamps and trecked across the Texas desert in that time. Looks like a big order is being filled. Perhaps finally running out of sellers? One can only *hope* that there's some serious insider trading going on and good news is on its way.

Good move. JF's formal involvement is much needed. Glad to hear Don Strang is leaving as well. Too much of an 'old guard' mentality. One of SOLO's biggest weaknesses has been Governance. Personally I believe this has led to some poor decision making and cutting too many financing deals with mates, forgoing their fiduciary duties to shareholders. Would like to see several truly independent NEDs appointed. For an investment vehicle like SOLO, this is even more important than internal management, which should really just be administrating Board decisions. I bet if NR really focused on getting some top appointees, this share would start to fly. The assets are there. The Board (ie, governance structure) is not.

Buy in the morning, sell end of day. Make an easy few % every day. Rinse and repeat.

You can ask your broker to put you on the invite list. If, for whatever reason, they screw it up (as HSBC has done for me before), don't sweat it, you can still attend as a guest. There are no rubber gloved guards at the door.

Re Goudron, the eoy estimate is still only c.900 bopd. That's ok cash flow for a micro cap, but barely adds to the bottom line. Certainly would do nothing towards financing a major acquisition. Not trying to sound bearish here, as I'm a shareholder, just highlighting the massive risks associated with doing mega deals. I'm here for SWP, not LK's ability as a dealmaker.

It can also mean a smaller company taking over a (sometimes much) larger company, regardless of whether private or public.

Keep expectations in check. Depending on the price and terms, a huge deal could actually be negative for the sp, regardless of where the m/c ends up. With only a few million cash in the bank and upcoming expenses for SWP, any deal would require massive dilution and debt to finance. It would largely be a reverse take-over, keeping LK as head of the ship. Who wins most in that scenario?

We'd trade future cash flows from Ruvuma in exchange for strengthening our Balance Sheet, removing the need for a dilutive equity raise, and hopefully leaving us with enough cash to diversify away from TZ and purchase future cash flows in another market. I deduce the logic for doing the farmout now, but I'd like mgmt to explain to us, in their own words, why they're doing it now. It's still all rather cryptic, esp as it involveds a related party.

Regarding the SOLO RNS, is anyone on the BB with more technical knowledge of O&G drilling able to provide insight into what's involved to "re-enter the well and perforate the untapped gas zone"� SOLO are spinning it as a simpler activity to bringing in a compressor, and that equipment is already in-country, which is good. Any thoughts on how long such a workover would take? Of course, everything 'depends' etc. Just looking for estimates. Hopefully it means AEX thinks the problems aren't as severe as they initially thought. Hopefully AEX comes out with its own RNS on this shortly, with more detail. The SOLO announcement looks odd as a standalone.
