We're talking about different things and it's not about perception. I'm not in the stock, and this isn't a ukog Board, so I'll drop it. In simple terms, regardless of short-term sp, ukog has issued way more shares to raise £5m than they would have post-approval.
This means that every share value you hold now is worth less than it otherwise would have been, and have taken a big haircut on your upside potential. Again, regardless of s/t price movement, which is pure speculation.
I'm sure the money is needed, and will help fund growth. But issuing fewer shares for the same money would have been better. Personally, I choose 'better' every time.
